According to the announcement, the sewage treatment plant of Nankang Industrial Park is located in Longling Town, Nankang District, and was approved by the provincial government in 2011 to approve the project, according to the construction requirements of the sewage treatment plant in the province's industrial high-tech zone and the overall arrangement of operation, the project adopts the BOT mode of operation. On May 13, 2011, the Management Committee of Nankang Economic Development Zone signed the Concession Agreement with Pohu Environmental Protection, stipulating that Pohu Environmental Protection would be responsible for the construction and operation of the sewage treatment plant in Nankang Industrial Park. In January 2017, the first phase of the sewage treatment plant in Nankang Industrial Park was put into use.
According to the terms of the Concession Agreement, the second phase of the Nankang Industrial Park Sewage Treatment Plant project is also undertaken by Pohu Environmental Protection, and the construction of the second phase of the project will start in 2022, and Pohu Environmental Protection has completed part of the preliminary work.
