Russian certification test sample requirements
Russian certification testing is one of the stages of the product quality assurance process, i.e. testing the compliance of products with all applicable regulations and statutory requirements. Comprehensive certification testing applies to all products in the same group or in the same category (e.g. series, batch products). Currently, product certification testing employs a variety of test methods, namely:
Identification of goods: check their origin, relationship to taxonomic groups, relationship to specific batches. At this stage, it is also checked that the product meets all the requirements specified in the product-specific technical documentation.
Verify product characteristics.
Confirm that the product meets all safety requirements (health safety, human life safety, property safety, and environmental safety).
Russian product testing requirements
All EAC GOST certification tests can only be performed at nationally accredited laboratories. An exception is made if the chosen certification program allows testing at a special center that is not accredited. In this case, the agency responsible for conducting the EAC GOST certification test may use a non-accredited laboratory.
Centers that conduct certification tests and obtain accreditation must comply with particularly stringent requirements. These requirements apply in particular:
equipment used in the process (i.e., must pass equipment certification testing);
the conditions under which the test was carried out (air humidity, temperature and other aspects);
Normative documents used in certification tests.
Established requirements for test product samples
gost 31814 "Conformity Assessment and General Sampling Rules"and GOST 51293"Product Identification and General Provisions"As well as product-specific normative documents, all the rules related to the selection and qualification of product samples for further testing and quality control are specified.
Test the sample sampling process
Formal product Russian EAC GOST certification and testing is carried out after product sampling. Sampling was carried out in accordance with all the requirements of the process. All specifications are listed in specialized normative documents, scenarios, and test methods. Familiarize yourself with the procedures and rules chosen can be found in the normative document GOST 31814. The standard details all the selection rules, including uniformity, ingredient selection, quantity selection, etc.
The number of samples required for testing is determined by the technical specifications and requirements of the normative documents for certain products. Therefore, the number of samples depends on the type of product.
The test sample sampling process can be:
Certification of the customer's finished product warehouse;
Location of goods by lot.
By the location of the cargo unit.
The person in charge of the customer must be present during this process. All selected samples are fixed in a special sampling act.
Test Certification: Results
All data obtained after the trial is recorded in the test report. The test report is considered the most important document and is one of the documents that certifies that the product meets (or does not meet) all the specific requirements.
In addition to the test results, the test report may also contain reference information on the maximum permissible values for all product quality, which are specified in the normative documents. If the test result is qualified, the customer is entitled to obtain the product testing EAC GOST certificate. But regardless of the test results, each test report is sent to the customer after the test is completed.
