After reading Walden, I was deeply inspired and realized a profound truth. That is, as long as we are in nature and feel the world with our hearts, then we cannot fall into a deep depression.
This truth is not empty, but contains a deep philosophy. When we live in nature, we feel as if we become part of the world, blending into its rhythm and rhythm. Whether it's the babbling stream, the singing of birds, or the sound of the breeze blowing through the leaves, they all convey to us the beauty of this world. This beauty cannot be described in words, it can only be experienced and felt through our senses.
When we truly feel the world, we will find that life is full of countless joys and surprises. The blooming of a flower, the fall of a leaf, the ripening of a fruit, or even the passing of a breeze can trigger joy in our hearts. This is because we no longer just see the world with our eyes, but feel it with our hearts, to understand it.
However, when we lose touch with nature, when we no longer feel the beauty of this world, we fall into depression. This melancholy is not because of how bad our lives are, but because we have lost our perception and understanding of life. So, to avoid falling into the melancholy quagmire, we must reconnect with nature and experience the beauty of the world again.
Overall, Walden made me understand the power and beauty of nature. As long as we feel the world with our hearts, to experience the rhythm and rhythm of nature, we cannot fall into the extreme gloom and melancholy. Because in this world, there is always a landscape, a sound, a breath waiting for us to discover, feel, and understand.
