The chemical composition of Inconel 725 alloy includes the following elements;

Carbon(c): 003%

Silicon (Si): 050%

Manganese (mn): 035%

Phosphorus (p): 0015%

Sulfur (s): 0015%

Nickel (ni): 55-590%

Chromium (cr): 1900~22.5%

Molybdenum (Mo): 70~9.5%

Iron (Fe): Margin.

Aluminium (AL): 035%

Titanium (Ti): 10~1.7%

Niobium (NB): 275~4.0%

These chemical compositions determine the composition of the Inconel 725 alloy, giving it special properties. Elements such as nickel, chromium and molybdenum in the alloy give the alloy good corrosion resistance, while the addition of titanium and aluminum helps to reduce carbide precipitation, improve the intergranular corrosion resistance and aging enhancement effect of the alloy.
