During his visit to the ROK, Russian Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that the tense situation on the Korean Peninsula and the serious danger it poses to peace and security in the Northeast Asian region are due to US aggression and challenges.
According to Rudenko, the root cause of the current tension is the aggressive and provocative actions taken by the United States, one of which is military training, and the other is openly opposed to North Korea, or to China and Russia. Russia is deeply concerned about tensions in the region, and an important goal of the visit is to convey Russia's concern about the situation on the Korean Peninsula to the outside world.
In particular, Rudenko highlighted that the United States, for its own geographical purposes, is trying to encourage its allies in the region to pursue their invasion strategy, the outcome of which is unpredictable. Russia believes that if peace is achieved, the United States and its allies will end their wars and begin anew to find a political and diplomatic solution to this problem.
Rudenko visited Seoul from February 2 to 4, during which the two countries conducted a session on relations between the two countries, the situation on the peninsula, the international situation, as well as the situation in Ukraine. Rudenko said: On the issue of the situation on the Korean Peninsula, the Seoul side does not agree with Moscow's viewpoint. This is not surprising, since they have long been demonized by the vicious Saxons.
