TPR material pelletizing method:
1. Cold cutting method.
1) Pull the blade cold cut.
The material passed by the kneader or internal mixer is molded into pieces by the open mill and cooled to pelletize the TPR material.
2) Extrusion cold cutting.
The kneaded material is plasticized by an extruder, extruded into pieces, and then air-cooled or naturally cooled, and then the TPR material is fed into a flat pelletizer for pelletizing.
3) Squeeze the strip and cut it cold.
Cold cutting of extruded strips is a very common granulation method used for TPR materials, and the equipment and process are relatively simple. The material is plasticized into round bars by an extruder and extruded, and the round bars are air-cooled or water-cooled and then cut into cylindrical particles by a pelletizer.

1) Dry and hot.

3) Aerial eagerness.
Aerial hot cutting is similar to dry hot cutting, in order to prevent the TPR material particles from sticking, the pelletizing is cooled by blowing cold air or spraying warm water in the pelletizing hood.
