GH3625 is a solution-strengthened nickel-based deformed superalloy with molybdenum and niobium as the main strengthening elements. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation properties, good tensile properties and fatigue properties in the range of low temperature to 980 degrees Celsius, and is resistant to stress corrosion in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, it is widely used in the manufacture of aero engine parts, aerospace structural components and chemical equipment. GH3625 has good processing and welding properties, and can be used in various specifications of plates, bars, tubes, wires, strips and forgings.
Material characteristics: the main strengthening elements are molybdenum and niobium;
Operating temperature range as low as 700 degrees Celsius to as high as 980 degrees Celsius;
It has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature oxidation performance.

Applications: GH3625 is suitable for the manufacture of aero engine casings, guide vanes, mounting edges, cylinders, fuel mains and other parts. It has passed the practical application assessment, and the operating temperature is 950 degrees Celsius. However, after long-term use at 550 degrees Celsius to 700 degrees Celsius, there will be a certain amount of aging hardening, resulting in a slight decrease in the plasticity of the alloy.
Comparison with GH4033:
Compared to GH4033, GH3625 has a wider operating temperature range and a different chemical composition. GH4033 is suitable for 700-750 degrees Celsius operating environment, while GH3625 has an operating temperature range from cryogenic to 980 degrees Celsius. In addition, there are differences in the content of the ingredients, so the specific operating temperature and performance requirements need to be considered when choosing the right material.
