Why can t the United States get along with China? Can U.S. China relations go back to the past?

In this issue, I would like to talk to you about whether China-US relations can return to the past?

In other words, in recent years, the United States seems to have always been unable to get along with China. Economic decoupling, military provocations, scientific and technological sanctions, and slander are endless. When the leaders of the two countries finally sit down, they often fail to discuss any substantive issues. Otherwise, when they met, the two sides chatted happily, but when they turned their heads, the United States immediately reversed itself. The two sides barely got together, and in the end, only one group photo was real.

Why does the United States always have trouble with China?

First of all, we need to understand that international relations are not a simple logic of "if you are good to me, I will be good to you". It is a complex game, and each country is constantly adjusting its strategy to maximize its own interests.

As a global superpower, one of the core goals of the United States' foreign policy is to maintain its global leadership. In other words, the United States is not just targeting China, but who comes out in the blue, it will focus on whoever suppresses. For example, the former Soviet Union, Japan, Europe, and now China.

To put it bluntly, as a country in the Americas, although the United States is close to the sea on both sides, there is no threat from powerful countries up and down, and it is uniquely blessed with national defense and security. However, from the perspective of the global pattern, the United States and the Eurasian continent are too far apart, and the Eurasian continent is the backbone of the international system. If the United States wants to lead the world, it must prevent the emergence of powerful countries or organizations on the Eurasian continent that threaten it. This is the "Continental Equilibrium Strategy" inherited from the United Kingdom.

And what powerful forces are likely to emerge on the Eurasian continent?

There are three main ones, one is Europe, the second is the Middle East, and the third is East Asia. In these three places, as long as a great power emerges, the hegemony of the United States will not be guaranteed.

Europe is the closest to the United States, and it is the most similar to the United States in terms of cultural system, and it is the basic plate for the United States to dominate the world; The Middle East is the most critical location, it is the junction of the three continents of Asia, Europe and Africa, if it cannot control it, the US hegemony will be torn apart; As for East Asia, once it rises, it is very easy to form a situation of confrontation between East and West with the United States.

Therefore, in order to prevent this from happening, the United States is desperately trying to provoke conflicts in these three places, so that countries in the region will be caught in confrontation with each other for a long time. The United States, on the other hand, acts as an outsider to manipulate the regional situation and weaken the strength of other countries.

In Europe, the adversary set up by the United States for other countries is Russia; In the Middle East, the enemy that the United States has created for other countries is Israel; In East Asia, the target chosen by the United States for other countries is China.

Of course, there are also targets that the United States has chosen that are easy to deal with and those that are difficult to deal with. Russia, for example, is easier to deal with, and as soon as the US trap is arranged, Russia jumps in; Israel is not very peaceful now, but the strength of the countries in the Middle East is limited, and if the United States really wants to suppress it, it can suppress it.

As far as the United States is concerned, the most troublesome thing is China, which is strong and balanced in all aspects, and is constantly catching up behind the United States. Moreover, no matter how the United States seduces, China just won't be fooled.

Under such circumstances, the United States, of course, will always be unable to get along with China. As for what some people in China want to see, it is no longer possible for Sino-US relations to return to the past, unless China is willing to give the United States a hand for the rest of its life. Or, to completely surpass the United States, so that they have to accept reality. Which way to go, I believe it is needless to say.

As the saying goes: Sino-US relations are difficult to recover, and there is no smooth road in the game. The only way to break the situation is to improve oneself and make a peaceful rise.
