3. (Of course, if you don't care about the relationship with the former leader or the former company in the future, you can leave for any reason) but it is better to leave decently.
4. Three days before leaving the job, remember to delete the chat history and personal files on the computer.
5. Organize the handover documents, resignation is the time to test the character, do everything you should do well, and hand over the last shift.
6. On the last day, say goodbye to colleagues and leaders in the group, and leave the group with dignity (if the relationship is extremely poor, you can ignore this one).
