The first phase of the service will only be open to children between the ages of 5 and 10 who are already living in Portugal with their parents, who will also need to make an appointment and the application will cover the whole family.
The next stage will be for children aged 5 to 15, followed by 5 to 18 years old.
This appointment does not include immigrants and childless adults with CPLP (Community of Portuguese-speaking Countries) status.

Applicants are required to specify the person to whom they wish to make an appointment on AIMA**, such as passport, birth certificate, marriage certificate or de facto marriage certificate, proof of entry into Portugal, etc.
