After reading the book "Review", the review model in it feels very practical.
Review is to revisit the past, first ask the purpose or original intention, and then to learn and improve, and finally improve cognition.
Review model: 1Feedback (feedback analysis) breaks down complex techniques into modules that can be practiced repeatedly, and deliberate practice is focused on eliminating mistakes and continuously improving.

Step 1: Sort out the process, the actor's perspective, and the objective facts as the basis.
Step 2: Review the goals, a purpose, a logical system (goals and initiatives), and focus on the key changes.
Step 3: Evaluate the results and compare them with your goals.
Step 4: Analyze the cause and find the root cause of the deviation.
Step 5: Summarize the experience and gain insightful, implementable knowledge and insights.
As the saying goes, "action is the beginning of knowledge, and knowledge is the completion of action", the review should be carried out repeatedly, and finally the proven hypothesis will be turned into a practical experience.
