Find out the safety base and build a strong line of defense for the team
In order to continue to lay a solid foundation for the safety of the team, effectively prevent and resolve major safety hazards, and ensure the safety and stability of the team during the Spring Festival, recently, Liu Baoming, director of the Political Department of the Nanping Detachment of the Fujian Provincial Forest Fire Brigade, led the working group to go deep into the Wuyishan Brigade to carry out a large-scale investigation of potential safety hazards before the holiday, further investigate risks, remove hidden dangers, and prevent accidents, so that potential safety hazards have nowhere to hide.
After the working group arrived at the team, it adhered to the principle of "investigating problems, finding hidden dangers, and grasping rectification", and carried out in-depth pre-holiday safety hazard investigation by means of discussion and understanding, consulting materials, and on-site inspection. During the inspection, the working group successively carried out detailed investigations on canteens, warehouses, dormitory buildings and other places, focusing on key links such as personnel management, mobile phone management, drinking control, facility safety, electricity safety, and guard safety. In view of the potential safety hazards found in the inspection, the brigade clarified the person responsible for rectification and the time limit for rectification to ensure that the investigation does not go through the motions and the rectification does not leave dead ends, and effectively finds and solves problems.
After the inspection, Director Liu Baoming made a comprehensive comment and put forward three requirements on how to do a good job in safety management during the festival: First, we must continue to carry out in-depth investigation of potential safety hazards, do a good job in rectifying problems, and ensure the safety and stability of the team. Second, it is necessary to clarify the division of responsibilities, divide the task area, designate a special person to be responsible, and effectively lay a solid foundation for the safe development of the team. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the organization and leadership, scientifically coordinate the safety management of personnel during the festival, and achieve the "festival system" to ensure that the team is in order during the festival.
The pre-holiday investigation of potential safety hazards has found out the potential safety hazards of the brigade, further enhanced the safety awareness of commanders and fighters, standardized the management order, promoted the effective implementation of the safety system, prevented the occurrence of various safety accidents, and provided a strong guarantee for the regular, orderly, safe and stable team during the festival.
