Retired soldiers are placed in civil servants, which can be considered!

Generally, soldiers who meet the resettlement conditions are mostly resettled in public institutions and state-owned enterprises.

In some places, all the posts in the public institutions can be resettled, in some the local institutions are divided in half with the posts in state-owned enterprises, and in some places, there are fewer and more posts in state-owned enterprises.

Judging from the actual situation, there are more areas with fewer career posts and more posts in state-owned enterprises. As a result, the comrades-in-arms who were resettled in these areas became an obsession with the resettlement of career editors.

Although the treatment of state-owned enterprises is also good, and many incomes are far higher than those of the career editor, in the hearts of most comrades-in-arms, as long as they do not go to a state-owned enterprise unit like tobacco, then the state-owned enterprise unit is not as good as the career editor.

And those comrades-in-arms who can be successfully placed in the career division are eager for more, why can't soldiers be placed like officers, but also civil servants?

In the past, when sergeants were still non-commissioned officers, most of the comrades-in-arms generally did not have high academic qualifications, and many of them only had a junior high school education. Most of the officers have a bachelor's degree, and only a few have a college degree. At that time, it was not an exaggeration to say that non-commissioned officers and officers were the difference between scumbags and tyrants. Therefore, the placement of retired soldiers is not as good as that of officers, and no one said anything.

To be honest, with such an academic qualification as graduating from junior high school, if it were not for the long-term service after joining the army, many comrades-in-arms might not even have the opportunity to enter a state-owned enterprise, let alone a career editor.

Because whether it is a state-owned enterprise or a public institution, the entry threshold is very high. Not to mention anything else, just one academic requirement can block the road.

Therefore, in the past, retired comrades-in-arms who could be placed in state-owned enterprises and business editors, and those with low educational qualifications were very satisfied.

There is a comrade-in-arms who graduated from junior high school and enlisted in the army, and after 16 years of service, he retired and was placed in the career editor

Although I am placed in a career arrangement, and the salary is not very high, I am already very content. If I hadn't been a soldier, how could I, a junior high school graduate, be able to serve the country's job in this life? ”

But now, in the era when non-commissioned officers have become sergeants, there are very many college students and soldiers in the army, junior college students have almost become the minimum academic qualifications, and undergraduates can be seen everywhere, not to mention grasping a handful.

In terms of academic qualifications, the gap between non-commissioned officers and officers is getting smaller and smaller, and the gap in terms of remuneration is also getting smaller and smaller; for example, in the first half of last year, the salary was raised, and some non-commissioned officers were raised even more than officers.

What does this mean? As the mainstay of the army's strength, the salary of sergeants is improving.

In the past, the comrades-in-arms had low educational qualifications and were not competent to place civil servants. Now, the comrades-in-arms have improved their academic qualifications, and many of them are still engaged in non-commissioned staff officers, sergeant captains, non-commissioned assistants and other positions during their active service, and their abilities are comparable to those of officers.

Therefore, it is not indispensable for retired soldiers to be resettled as civil servants.

In fact, it is not too much for retired soldiers to want to be placed in civil servant positions. After all, when water flows low, people want to go higher.

If you want a good resettlement treatment guarantee, you can't do it.

It's just that it is somewhat difficult for retired soldiers to settle civil servants.

On the one hand, when officers are resettled, the method of test scores + quantitative scoring ranking is adopted, while the placement of retired soldiers only looks at quantitative scoring ranking.

Everyone knows how fierce the public *** is, and it is still unrealistic for retired soldiers to enter without taking the test.

Second, the pressure on local resettlement is relatively high. In many places, only military officers are placed every year, and there are not enough posts. If we add retired soldiers, the resettlement pressure will definitely be even greater, which is not conducive to the development of local work.

But are retired soldiers really out of civil service positions?

Neither is it.

Chapter 6 of the Regulations on the Placement of Veterans (Draft for Solicitation of Comments) Arrangement of Work Article 32 stipulates:

Retired non-commissioned officers and conscripts who are assigned to work are mainly placed in public institutions and state-owned enterprises by means of assigning and selecting posts; Those who meet the prescribed requirements may be selected on merit for civil servant posts in basic-level party and government organs.

It can be seen from this passage that as long as they meet the prescribed conditions, they will have the opportunity to be selected for the post of civil servant in the grassroots party and government organs.

Of course, this condition must be relatively high.

Merit-based means that only one's own conditions are excellent. For example, a full-time bachelor's degree with excellent performance during the service.

Selection means that the competition will be fierce, even if it is very good, it may not be selected because of the lack of positions.

So, is there no policy for sergeants to be placed directly into civil service posts?

The answer is yes.

On December 26, 2023, "People's **" published the chapter "Promoting Chinese-style Modernization with High-quality Veterans' Work" by Pei Jinjiali, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Minister of the Ministry of Veterans Affairs.

In this article, it is stated as follows:

For retired soldiers who are arranged to work, we will broaden the resettlement channels, tap the resettlement potential, optimize the structural proportion of resettlement to public institutions and state-owned enterprises, open up the ways to achieve the placement of some grassroots civil servants, and introduce preferential policies for front-line work in old revolutionary areas, ethnic minority areas, border areas, and grassroots units, and guide retired servicemen to play an advantageous role in stabilizing and rejuvenating the border areas and grassroots governance.

This passage is not very word-counting, but it has a lot of content. Two of the most important points:

The first is to optimize the structural proportion of resettlement to public institutions and state-owned enterprises.

Can this sentence be boldly understood to mean that in the future, the proportion of soldiers resettled by ** will be increased in public institutions? Come to think of it, this is what my comrades-in-arms want to see.

After all, in the hearts of most of my comrades-in-arms, the end of the universe is compilation.

If we can increase the proportion of resettlement institutions, it will not only help the non-commissioned officers to serve for a long time with peace of mind, but also stimulate the enthusiasm of aspiring young people to join the army.

The second is to open up the way to achieve the placement of some grassroots civil servants.

In the past, there were no civil servant positions for the resettlement of retired soldiers, and even if there was a merit-based promotion policy, it was very rare.

However, this passage clearly proposes to open up the way to achieve the placement of some grassroots civil servants, which means that the placement of civil servants by retired soldiers in the future is no longer a dream.

The placement of retired soldiers in civil servant positions means that the resettlement channels for retired soldiers are getting wider and wider, which is a good thing for comrades-in-arms.

But behind the opportunities, there must be challenges.

If you want to have a better placement, you need to become better yourself.

Opportunities are reserved for those who are prepared, so let's start preparing as soon as possible!
