With the theme of "In-depth Understanding of the Scientific Management System and Learning to Strengthen the Four Key Actions", this year's training camp set up the main venue of Qingbaijiang Campus and the branch venues of Dazhou and Ziyang Campuses, and all subject teachers of the whole group followed up "online + offline" in one. The training includes special lectures, case sharing, seminars and exchanges, reflection and other agendas, which are aimed at inspiring and resonating, and strive to internalize the improvement of professional quality and teacher ethics into the conscious actions of teachers.

On the morning of the 19th, under the auspices of Jiang Wuque, director of the Division Training Department, the training camp officially kicked off.

Mr. Yu Gang of the Teaching Management Department pointed out in the lecture "Guidelines for Key Actions of Subject Teachers" that the purpose of unremittingly paying close attention to key actions is to let every Honghu student truly form a lifelong benefit habit, so that every Honghu student can truly enjoy the love of the spring breeze and obtain the motivation for continuous learning and healthy growth. He emphasized that teachers should unconditionally accept the individual differences of students and play an important role in promoting the all-round development and personality development of students.

Zhang Lingke, Minister of Moral Education Management Department, used a large number of work examples as a reference in the lecture of "Two Core Key Actions of Moral Education", showed the importance of student psychological counseling to the participating teachers, and explained how to characterize, determine the causes, and how to determine the policy in the event of an emergency, and effectively guided the new class teachers with professional knowledge and rich experience. Minister Zhang emphasized that as the head teacher of Honghu, we should realize the growth and development of all students with the firm determination of full participation and global coverage, and truly achieve student-oriented and student-oriented development.

On the morning of the 20th, Ren Tianfu, Secretary of the Party Committee of Honghu High School Education Group, gave a lecture on the theme of "How Effective Teaching is Produced" to the participating teachers. Wang Sihan, director of the Teaching Management Department, further publicized and implemented the "Military Order Target Assessment" for the participating teachers, and put forward specific requirements in combination with the actual situation of different disciplines, score segments, student types, learning stages, etc.
