Before the agreed deadline arrived, Chen had died of illness, and the enforcement judge continued to urge Liu to repay the loan while appeasing the emotions of Chen's family, but Liu's attitude was arrogant and vicious, and when he learned that the enforcement judge wanted to communicate with him face-to-face, out of nervousness and uneasiness, he immediately transferred 3,000 yuan to Chen's wife's WeChat. In order to recover the remaining money, the enforcement judge hurried to Liu's place of residence in the early morning of the next day, and Liu said that he could not afford to pay the remaining money, and the enforcement judge took him back to the court when he saw this. During the conversation, the executive judge found that Liu still had some savings in WeChat, and explained to him that if the money was not returned, the court would take judicial detention measures in accordance with the law, Liu was slightly panicked, and was forced by the strong deterrent force of the law, and finally Liu paid the remaining money, and a big stone in the heart of Chen's family finally fell to the ground.
The people have called for something, and the "law" has responded. Next, the court will further unblock the "green channel" for the enforcement of cases involving people's livelihood, strengthen enforcement measures, take the initiative, pay attention to fairness and efficiency, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers, and continue to meet the new expectations of the people for enforcement work.
