The deadlock was finally broken when Kylian Mbappe slotted in at the back post and slotted home with ease to give PSG the lead they might have been lucky enough to have.
The Parisians added another goal after just over 10 minutes, with Bradley Bacola's goal igniting the enthusiasm of the home fans.
