1.Water spray method.
The water spraying process mainly involves spraying water into the exhaust gas to settle the water-soluble or large particle components in the exhaust gas to achieve the purpose of separating pollutants from clean gases.
Advantages: water resources are easy to obtain, can be reused after filtration and precipitation, minimizing the waste of water resources, and water spray has a high degree of application in the treatment of large particle components.
2.Catalytic combustion.
Catalytic combustion is the process of completely oxidizing the harmful combustible components in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and water under the action of a catalyst.
Advantages: high purification rate of catalytic burner, low working temperature, low energy consumption, less restriction on the concentration and calorific value of combustible components, easy operation and good safety.
3.Adsorption method.
It is mainly suitable for the purification of low-concentration gaseous pollutants, and its principle is to use porous solid adsorbents to treat the fluid mixture, so that one or several components contained in it are concentrated on the solid surface to achieve the purpose of separation.
Advantages: suitable for low concentration of various pollutants, low energy consumption, relatively economical application, activated carbon has good acid and alkali resistance and heat resistance, high chemical stability.
