On the second day of the Lunar New Year, there was a water outage
It was fixed two hours later
On February 11, Ms. Wang, a citizen, left a message reflecting that she was a resident of the metal dormitory community at No. 275 Hong Kong Road, Hankou, and that day was the second day of the Lunar New Year, and at about 2 o'clock in the afternoon, she was about to boil water for cooking when she found that the water in her home suddenly stopped. The metal dormitory is an old community, and it is really inconvenient to have no water for the New Year, and I hope that the relevant departments will find out the cause in time to solve it.
After receiving the message from the citizen, the Municipal Water Affairs Group immediately conducted an investigation and verification. After verification, on the afternoon of February 11, the water pipeline near the community suddenly ruptured and leaked, and the emergency repair personnel temporarily stopped the water for maintenance construction, and resumed normal water supply after 2 hours of repair. Due to the oxidation reaction of the air entering the pipeline and the pipe wall after construction, and the water pressure fluctuation caused by the opening and closing of the gate, the water has become clear after the emergency repair staff spit out the fire hydrant in the community, and the water quality has returned to normal after sampling and testing.
On February 16, the reporter contacted Ms. Wang, who said that after she reported the problem, the relevant departments dealt with it in a timely manner, and now the water at home is normal.

After receiving the message, the Jianghan District drainage team arranged the staff to investigate for the first time, and the staff of the district drainage team investigated and understood, there was indeed a sewage blockage and overflow phenomenon here, and the staff was arranged to dredge the sewer in the community on the same day, and after the dredging treatment, the sewer was no blockage and overflow.
On February 17, the reporter contacted Ms. Xiong, who said that after she left a message, the problem was solved that day, and now the community is clean and the residents are safe to walk.

On February 13, Mr. Chen, a citizen, left a message reflecting that many trees had broken branches and fallen on the sidewalk on Houhu Health Street in Hankou, affecting pedestrian traffic, and hoped that the relevant departments would clean it up in time.
