You can only solve it yourself. Because the property can't solve this charging equipment problem, at most write a notice and announcement in the elevator room, and there will be no follow-up.

2. Organize residents to warn and educate, generally there are elderly people at home who will convey relevant information to family members, and they will also pay attention to charging problems.
3. The supervision unit of the area shall conduct spot checks on the inspection of the property company, and adopt the "four noes and two straights" method of the construction industry to conduct on-site inspections on the floor. The property unit may not be able to deal with the installation and charging problem, but it can take steps to reduce the hidden dangers.
4. Equipped with corresponding fire-fighting facilities. Smoke alarms or fire extinguishers can be added to the floor of the building. Property can't just collect money and not solve the real problem. A portion of the strata fee should be used as safe funds.
5. Check the quality of the electric vehicle battery in time, and solve it in time once it is found to be deformed or there is a problem. It is important to buy the electric frequency of regular channels and brands.
