Among them, the business enterprises engaged in the third class of medical devices shall complete the self-inspection report through the platform before February 20, and other medical device business enterprises shall complete the self-inspection report through the platform before February 28.
How to log in to the system
1.Open the Guangxi Digital Government Service Integration Platform (Address: Click "Login" to enter the Guangxi Pharmaceutical Smart Government Service Platform.
2.Click on "Corporate Login" and enter Unified Credit** and password.
3.After logging in, scroll down the page "Theme Integration Service", find "Pharmaceutical Provider Service Topic", and click "Comprehensive Service".
4.Enter the "Single Sign-on Entrance Selection of Government Service Platform" and click to go to Guangxi Pharmaceutical Smart Government Service Platform.
Filling process
1.Click on "Self-inspection Report" and click on "Device Operation Self-Inspection Report".
2. Click "Add Report".
3.After filling in and confirming that the "Basic Company Information" is correct, click "Save" to proceed to the next step.
4.After filling in and confirming that the "Basic Information of the Year" is correct, click "Save" to proceed to the next step. (Hint: The blank marked "" must be completed completely, and the business scope only needs to fill in the actual business situation.) ）
5. Check and confirm the "Annual Basic Information Table" according to the actual situation, and click "Save".
6.After all the information is confirmed, click "Send SMS", and the person in charge of the enterprise will sign and submit it on the mobile phone after receiving the SMS.
7. After the person in charge of the enterprise signs and submits on the mobile phone, click "Report".
8. After clicking "Report", the main page displays "Normal Report", which means that the report is successful.
