Zhuhai should join hands with Hong Kong and Macao to jointly build a duty-free industrial chain, a first-class chain and a value chain, break through the blockages and pain points that restrict consumption, give full play to the unique role of the port economy in expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption, and help Guangdong's high-quality economic development. In the further planning of the economic development and construction of the port, Zhou Xiaolei suggested that the commercial form, commercial grade and commercial format should be comprehensively upgraded, and the shops should be introduced according to the consumption habits, consumption methods and consumption types of the target group. For example, it is possible to introduce genuine Macao specialty brands and open stores with the same standards as the local market; Set up pop-up stores and discount stores for domestic and foreign brands; Invite domestic brands to set up booths, and hold regular commercial exhibitions.
