On the afternoon of February 2, 2024, Shanghai Minglun (Suzhou) Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Minglun Law Firm") successfully held the fourth legal lecture in 2024. This issue of the legal lecture was delivered by lawyer Lu Zhenguo of Minglun Law Firm, and the theme of the conference was: the development prospects and practical difficulties of practicing lawyers. Mr. Lu Zhenguo has been deeply involved in the legal industry for more than ten years and has rich experience, and has his own unique experience and insights into the changes in the entire legal industry in the past 10 years. In today's lecture, Mr. Lu reviewed the history and looked forward to the future based on his own experience, shared his past experience, and explored and researched together with all the young lawyers present.

Mr. Lu divided the lecture into five parts, including the growth process of practicing lawyers, the beginning of practicing lawyers, the business scope of practicing lawyers, the development direction of practicing lawyers, and the practical difficulties of lawyers. Mr. Lu expounded his views and solutions to problems through the changes in the practice environment (changes in criminal investigation, file review, case filing, and court trial) around 10 years after he entered the legal profession, and also encouraged all the young lawyers present to maintain self-confidence: "Today you may be ordinary, but tomorrow you will be unattainable, firm in your goal to glory."
Finally, Mr. Lu pointed out that although diversification is the basic survival mode of lawyers in the initial practice stage, if they want to seek higher development space, they must take the development path of specialization and refinement. Although there are many difficulties in the current practice environment of the lawyer industry, the future is bright. The participating lawyers have gained a lot and expressed great recognition.
