The pro-Russian Italian far-right party, the Northern League MP, Lorenzo Fontana, and his allies suffered another setback. The lower house of the Italian parliament adopted a resolution on the continuation of military support for Ukraine. Of those, 195 voted in favour of the decision, 50 voted against and 55 abstained.
In accordance with the resolution approved by the parliamentarians, Italy is obliged to continue to provide support to Ukraine in accordance with the commitments made by the Ukrainian state authorities within the framework of NATO and the EU and the agreements reached within the framework of NATO and the EU. This assistance "includes through the transfer of military vehicles, materials and equipment."

Our support must continue until Russian aggression stops," Defense Minister Guido Crosetto said in parliament.
The Minister of Defense added that the Italian parliament recently turned on the green light for the delivery of the eighth batch of equipment, materials and systems to Kyiv. "This set of equipment and ** systems is also exclusively aimed at strengthening Ukraine's defense capability," Crosetto said. So far, Italy has not supplied Ukraine with an offensive type**.
