All over the world, everything is fine! Want to take your kids to experience more of the New Year?

Toronto will host many festivities in the coming period, from festive Year of the Dragon installations to cultural performances, there's something for everyone.

Here are the places in Toronto where to celebrate the Lunar New Year:

York Dale Mall

It is home to the largest indoor dragon-shaped installation in the city. In addition, until February 23, guests can walk through a passage with golden arches and flowers and dragon patterns on the floor. There will also be various New Year's events before February 17, such as Chinese calligraphy displays, traditional Chinese recitals and dances.

scarborough town centre

The STC atrium has a 15-foot-long dragon-shaped contraption. Cultural performances have already been held on February 3 and 4, including traditional lion dances, martial arts performances, dance performances, and this decoration will continue until February 25.

bayview village

The mall will host a special event for the Year of the Dragon on 11 February. There will be a traditional dragon and lion dance (1, 2, 3 and 4 pm), a goh ballet (3pm), a Chinese New Year photo booth (11am to 5pm) and a New Year's greeting by the God of Wealth.

On February 17, from 2 to 3 p.m., there will be special entertainment from trilingual radio host Carmen Chan. You can look forward to dragon and lion performances, traditional eye-catching, green grabbing, and martial arts performances.

There's also a performance by CF Music, with Mike Liu and Sophy Li performing on February 10 (2-4 p.m.) and Melody Wang performing on February 16 (4 p.m. to 6 p.m.).

February 10, 2 p.m.: Dragon and lion parade, traditional eye-catching, green grabbing, dragon and lion dance performance, visit of the God of Wealth, Chinese dance, audience games, VIP guest appearances and other new martial arts performances.

Feb. 11, 3-3:20 p.m.: Dragon Dance (** Stadium).

Feb. 16, 4-6 p.m.: CF Music Feat(*Stadium).

18 February, noon to 12:20 p.m.: Lion Dance (Atrium).

Feb. 18, 2-4 p.m.: CF Music Feat(*Stadium).

A similar event will take place on Sunday afternoon, February 11 at Toronto's FairviewMall.

The Woodsidesquare mall is hosting a grand outdoor light show with four themed elements showcasing the work of more than 50 artisans who have been preparing for half a year. These lanterns originated in Zigong, Sichuan, China, using intricate Chinese crafts using ancient techniques.

The museum is widely popularafter darkA new event in the party series will be held on February 16 to celebrate Chinese New Year and Valentine's Day. There will be a variety of performances and DJ performances, as well as experiences such as fire dragon projections. Tickets can be booked**.

Dragon City Mall and the Chinatown Center will host a variety of Lunar New Year celebrations from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on February 10-11. These include mahjong competitions, dance performances, Chinese orchestras and different food and beverage stalls.

Markham Museum

The Markham Museum will host the "Lunar Night – Year of the Dragon" event, which will include cultural booths, food stalls, games, performances, ice skating, traditional snowshoeing, Lantern Festival lantern displays, and interactive activities.

The event will run from February 8 to 25.

Markham Art Gallery

Markham Art Gallery's Lunarfest will feature beautiful works by several Aboriginal artists. From February 2nd to 29th, the Spring Festival Lantern Show will light up the night sky.

North York Mellastman Square

North York Mellastman Square celebrates the New Year with a winter-themed light show from February 10 to March 10. On February 24th, there will be dragon and various cultural performances at the Greater Toronto Chinese Cultural Centre.

Toronto Symphony Orchestra

The Toronto Symphony Orchestra will host a special Lunar New Year party on February 13 at Roythomson** Hall, featuring festive classics such as the Liang Zhu Concerto and Pipa Xing.
