In order to accelerate the construction of a hierarchical and classified, effective connection, scientific and systematic compliance management system for the whole group, according to the work deployment of the implementation plan of the "Compliance System Construction Enhancement Year" (Qingjisi No. 27 2023) of the Group Company, the Legal Department of the Group organized and carried out a compliance training on the construction of the system system on October 19, 2023. A total of 100 people attended the meeting, including heads of functional departments of the group and joint-stock companies, main persons in charge of subsidiaries, compliance administrators and system administrators.
At the meeting, the legal department of the group explained the above-mentioned system revisions and additions in combination with the company's recently revised "System Construction Management Measures", "Internal Control System Establishment, Reform and Abolition Management Measures", and the newly formulated "System Formulation Compliance Management Guidelines" and "Rules and Regulations Review Full-cycle Management Table", and interpreted in detail the relevant requirements for system construction (system classification and classification, legal compliance review, decision-making approval, printing and issuance and filling in the review form, supervision and inspection, etc.). At the same time, the use and filling of the company's "Contract (Agreement) Signing Approval Form" were explained.
After the meeting, each unit shall conscientiously carry out the training of relevant personnel of the unit in accordance with the requirements of compliance management training, and report the training situation in the monthly summary. The legal department of the group will upload the training materials (ppt on the construction of the compliance system and typical problems of the system) to the compliance construction management group and the system administrator group for everyone to learn.
