Folk Chinese medicine, unlicensed is incompetent?

In addition, most Western doctors do not know anything about what they see and hear in traditional Chinese medicine, and if they are really far away from the assistance of instruments, there may be a big problem in seeing a doctor.
Traditional Chinese medicine is very different, they pay attention to seeing a doctor, they pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment, although they practice medicine without a license, but they really use their own skills to save lives and help the wounded. For example, "Wang Mouyun" used auricular acupuncture to help many people get rid of the torture of illness; Jing Mouhua, who was born in a family of traditional Chinese medicine, also saved a lot of lives by using the "Jing's" traditional Chinese medicine surgical techniques and external Chinese herbal medicine to quickly use various anorectal diseases.
Do you dare to say that these folk Chinese medicine practitioners are incompetent? If you feel "incompetent", it may be because they do not have a medical certificate, which negates their medical ethics. If you feel that you are "not incompetent", it is an affirmation of their existence and their merits of "saving lives and helping the wounded".
Personally, I think that being undocumented does not mean that he is incompetent, and having a certificate does not necessarily mean that he has talent. In today's society, there are many traveling doctors who cheat everywhere, and they are irresponsible to patients who say that they can cure any disease. It is because they do not take life seriously, so the development of traditional Chinese medicine has to embark on the road of legalization and planning (regulated by the Law on Medical Practitioners).
However, it is good that the standardization of the development of traditional Chinese medicine may become a talisman for folk Chinese medicine.
Although the Law on Medical Practitioners deprives many barefoot doctors in rural areas without academic qualifications to practice medicine, making folk Chinese medicine an "illegal practice". However, fortunately, the country has not forgotten this part of the population, and has successively introduced corresponding policies to rehabilitate folk traditional Chinese medicine, such as the official implementation of the "Former Ministry of Health Order No. 52" in February 2007 and the "Former Health and Family Planning Commission Order No. 15" issued in December 2007 and other policies, which have improved a good way for Chinese medicine lovers who do not have a medical education background to study medicine and folk Chinese medicine practitioners who do not have a medical certificate.

TCM Specialty Registration: These groups need extra attention!
The Interim Measures for the Administration of Qualification Examination and Registration of Physicians with Proven Expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine clearly stipulate the conditions that those who have studied Chinese medicine by way of mentorship and those who have practiced Chinese medicine for many years should meet when applying to participate in the qualification examination of physicians.
However, at present, each province has issued its own implementation rules for the assessment of traditional Chinese medicine expertise, and the local rules will further refine the application conditions, broaden the application population, and allow more candidates to participate in the assessment
1) The first type: before May 1, 1999, the technical title of TCM physician (scholar) and recognized as the qualification of TCM assistant physician, but did not obtain the qualification certificate of TCM practitioner, after more than 5 years of TCM medical practice, there is indeed a professional person;
2) The second type: rural doctors who have the "Rural Doctor Practice Certificate" of the province and have practiced for more than 5 years, mainly provide traditional Chinese medicine services clinically, and have expertise and obvious curative effect in a certain professional field of traditional Chinese medicine;
3) The third type: those who have obtained the "Certificate of Traditional Medicine Teacher" in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Qualification Examination of Traditional Medicine Teachers and Physicians with Proven Expertise", and then continue to study with the teacher for 2 years;
4) Fourth: those who have obtained the "Certificate of Expertise in Traditional Medicine" in accordance with the provisions of the "Measures for the Qualification Examination of Traditional Medicine Teachers and Physicians with Proven Expertise".
To sum up, if you meet the two national registration conditions, you can register in any province, and Chinese medicine practitioners, rural doctors and other groups of people also have the opportunity to participate in the TCM expertise assessment.
TCM Specialty Registration: These materials should be prepared in advance
For registration, candidates need to declare to the county-level competent department of traditional Chinese medicine, and then the county-level competent department of traditional Chinese medicine and the competent department of traditional Chinese medicine at the municipal level divided into districts will conduct a preliminary review and review of the materials submitted by the applicant respectively, and report to the provincial-level competent department of traditional Chinese medicine after passing the review.
