The new year has arrived, and the country is still reminiscent of the strong flavor of the year. Every festival, there is a tradition of sticking Spring Festival couplets in various places, and couplets are unique cultural symbols in our country.

Today I want to talk about a child who dropped out of school at the age of 11 and stayed at home, and with the help of a dictionary, he read the "Zizhi Tongjian" thoroughly, and gained profound enlightenment from it.

From then on, he pasted a couplet on the bedside: "Walk all over the world and read all the books in the world."

Walk all over the world and read all the books in the world"This couplet is from a teenager and shows that he has established an ambition to read since he was a child. So who is this teenager?

What is the story of his life? He is Tian Jiaying, and then we will explore the story of Tian Jiaying.

Tian Jiaying grew up in a poor family, his father died when he was three years old, and his mother also died when he was nine years old. He spent his childhood under the tutelage of his brother and sister-in-law, but they did not treat him well, and even dropped out of school when he was 11 years old to work as an apprentice in his family's herb shop.

Despite the difficult living conditions, he relied on a dictionary and read books such as "Zizhi Tongjian", and set up a grand ambition to "read all the books in the world".

In 1934, at the age of 12, Tian Jiaying published a series of poems and articles in the newspaper, which attracted widespread attention. His writing is smooth and beautiful, and many people are amazed by his mature writing, and even mistakenly think that he is a middle-aged man or a university professor.

However, it is amazing that such an amazing work was written by a teenager who was only 12 years old.

In 1936, Tian Jiaying broke off financial ties with his brother and sister-in-law and returned to school. During this period, he began to come into contact with our party and published articles under the pseudonym "Tian Jiaying".

However, he was expelled from school for his active participation in anti-Japanese propaganda and progressive activities. Despite this, this expulsion strengthened his determination to follow our party in resisting Japan.

In November 1937, he went north to Yan'an and officially joined our party at the beginning of the following year. After that, he studied at Shaanbei Public School and became a member of our party after graduation.

In the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, he successively worked in the Political Research Office and the Propaganda Department of the Central Committee, and stood out with his outstanding talent and became a famous "pen stick" in northern Shaanxi.

In 1948, Hu Qiaomu strongly recommended Tian Jiaying to become the daily work secretary of the first class to help the chairman draft documents and conduct rural research. Tian Jiaying has a talent for memorably, and has a unique advantage in citing classical arguments, so he has become the chairman's right-hand man.

Both share a deep love for poetry, and their shared interest makes them a tacit fit in their work. As one of the most trusted secretaries of the chairman, Tian Jiaying was appointed deputy director of the General Office in 1961, which was mainly responsible for conference affairs and secretarial affairs.

Tin Ka-ying was in charge of the Secretariat's Office, a position he held for a total of five years until he was suspended in 1966.

In 1966, Tian Jiaying was included in the "Peng Luo Lu Yang" case for the crime of "tampering with *** works", and his body and mind were seriously affected. This year, he was suspended from his post and forced to introspect.

On May 23, he could not bear this humiliation and chose to hang himself, ending his life at the age of 44. In 1980, 14 years after Tian Jiaying's death, the relevant authorities rehabilitated him and restored all his reputation.
