In order to further strengthen safety management and safe campus construction, and create a safe, civilized and harmonious campus environment, at the beginning of the spring semester of 2024, Chengnan Experimental Middle School in Hai'an City, Jiangsu Province will carry out safety hazard investigation and rectification and theme education activities.
On the morning of February 18, Xu Yaya, secretary of the party branch and principal of the school, led a team to carry out safety inspections. The members of the school safety management team carefully inspected key areas such as guard rooms, teaching buildings, hazardous chemicals rooms, canteens, underground pump rooms, and mental health counseling rooms, as well as key areas such as building exterior walls, stair handrails, wires and circuits, and fire hydrants.
On February 21, the school carried out a safety education theme class meeting. Each class conducted a comprehensive safety education for students in terms of mental health, anti-bullying, cyber security, food safety, electricity safety, prevention and control of infectious diseases in spring, traffic safety, drowning prevention, and fraud prevention. In this safety education theme class meeting, students not only learned practical safety knowledge, but also enhanced their safety awareness and self-protection ability.
