Is the songwriter the author of the song a copyright alone?
The ** works stipulated in China's "Copyright Law" refer to songs, symphonies and other works with or without words that can be sung or played.
As a ** work, the song also belongs to the collaborative work stipulated in the Copyright Law, and it is a divisible collaborative work because its lyrics and songs can be separated and exist independently. According to Article 14, Paragraph 3 of the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, if a collaborative work may be used separately, the author may separately enjoy the copyright of the part created by each other, but the copyright shall not be infringed upon the copyright of the collaborative work as a whole when exercising the copyright. In other words, songs can be stripped off without infringing on the copyright of the joint work as a whole, and the songwriter can exercise the copyright of each part of the work alone.
