In the newlyweds' new home, the space presents a world that has completely faded its chromatia, and the eyes of the two reveal a light that reaches the soul.

Light shines through the glass island and blends with the soft undertones to create a serene and welcoming home scene.

In a limited space, the designer uses material contrasts and ingenious techniques to show the lightness of the small house.

In the small square meter, we use materials to weave the contrast of light and heavy, and show the unexpected lightness of the small house in a delicate way.

Contrast the halo with shadows to accentuate the brightness of the light. In this case, the collision of lightness and heavy texture.

The thin and silky stainless steel of the Nakajima bar is vertically stacked with thick wooden imitation stone columns, and through these lightweight details, the space is unleashed with incredible tension and creates great possibilities.

By removing one wall and introducing a glass wall, the originally dimly lit 65-square-meter space was filled with bright natural light, creating a relaxing and comfortable glass island.

According to the preferences and needs of the homeowner, the design team adopted the "block" paving of curved surfaces.

In a way that highlights the contrast between light and heavy, the contrast of different materials is created in the middle island bar table legs and the corner of the master bedroom connecting to the dressing room, creating intertwined spaces and styles.

65 square meters, 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 bathroom, 2 large occupants.

Homeowner needs

The original two bedrooms were converted into a master bedroom and a study. Likes to use earth tones. There is a demand for wine tasting.

Once inside, the air-conditioning vents are cleverly hidden under the top beam, and the curves below modify the edges and corners.

Considering the increase in space utilization, the entrance is exquisitely designed, with no partitions blocking sunlight and no partition of space, maintaining the original scale and allowing a single light source to illuminate the entrance area.

Along the TV wall, a platform for placing small objects is staggered through the design of block stacking, which perfectly connects the function and utility of the entrance and the living room.

The designer chose a floor-to-ceiling sofa and a lifting coffee table in this space, which is different from the traditional small apartment, and said: "Because the overall layout has been enlarged, it is necessary to place objects with a sense of weight to avoid the house from looking too empty!"

Through careful consideration, the storage capacity of each area was considered one by one, and the number of cabinets was just right, extending from the entrance cabinet to the back wall of the sofa, outlined in pure white, contrasting with the glass wall, expanding the space utilization.

Echoing this is the main wall in soft earth tones, which unifies the color scheme, whether it is concave or convex, or blends into the wall, and then enters the corridor, it also shows the same color system.

In order to meet the needs of the male owner who does not want to see the kitchen directly from the door, the designer has set up a high bar in the middle to cover the kitchen.

Through clever design, Nakajima not only acts as a transition, but also showcases the wines, adding to the sense of substance in the space.

In order to reduce the sharp corners in the house, even if the glass material is difficult to bend, the designer used a rounded corner design near the glass house and the living room, and carefully used stainless steel edge treatment to avoid the glass showing green edges, and at the same time improve the sound insulation effect.

On the other side, the white walls of the living room are brought into the study, so that the walls of the two areas are combined into one, extending the continuous visual effect.

In addition to being used as a study on a daily basis, it can also be used as a stand-alone guest room or children's room in the future, which can be flexibly shielded with just a curtain.

A double-height bar was added to the outside of the kitchen, and a custom-made equipment cabinet was created for the homeowner to make the cooking process smoother.

The hostess wanted the master bedroom to be visible as soon as she entered the door, and the designer created a curved wall with a small amount of walnut color.

The horizontal recessing of the make-up table and the hanging of light chandeliers balance the heaviness of the wood, while the use of grey glass adds lightness and creates a subtle contrast between the master bedroom and the dressing room.

Considering that the makeup mirror is directly facing the door, the designer cleverly concealed the mirror, adopted a manual way, and embedded LED light bars, so that a bedside cabinet can be placed next to the makeup area to facilitate the storage of cosmetics, and all the functions required for makeup are neatly arranged on one side.
