arq10 house
Designed by IDIN Architects, the ARQ10 House is the epitome of modern urban living at 615m in Rama 9, Thailand, redefining the contemporary family home.
Nestled in a compact city block, ARQ10 House is a clever blend of innovation, functionality and sustainability. Designers create comfort and luxury while maximizing space utilization.
How can green spaces, swimming pools and various recreational areas be incorporated into a limited plot area to suit the modern urban lifestyle? idin architects' solution was to expand vertically while prioritizing natural lighting and cross-ventilation.
The main activity area of the residence is concentrated on the second floor, and the designer has adopted an open plan layout to integrate the living and dining areas.
In addition, the swimming pool becomes a focal point, not only entertaining the residents, but also acting as a backdrop, creating a relaxed and pleasant family atmosphere with the outdoor greenery.
A large white paving is the cleanliness and softness of the home, and as you stroll down, another quiet and comfortable habitat slowly unfolds.
The ground floor of ARQ10 House is designed in the same vein as the upper floors, maintaining privacy while maintaining a natural and open atmosphere. Its harmonious main color of the space invisibly expands the visual area.
ARQ10 House is divided into two building categories, M-type and L-type, and IDIN Architects adheres to the principle of a unified design concept to create a rich and diverse living experience. In addition, both units have semi-open layouts to welcome guests and facilitate social interaction.
The L-shaped residences boast a multi-purpose basement and sunken courtyard, making them ideal for entertaining or relaxing.
The open layout builds an artistic stage for residents to display their collections and tastes, and the free open doors and windows give more autonomy to life.
A sunken courtyard connects the basement with the exterior garden, blurring the boundaries between inside and outside, allowing residents to enjoy the greenery without losing a sense of tranquility.
The master bedroom is located on the third floor of ARQ10 House, overlooking the lush inner courtyard, and large pieces of glass have been used to create a sense of transparency and openness. Built-in tables are placed by the windows, providing a great view of sightseeing.
Adjacent to it is a well-appointed bathroom with a calm and calm dark finish that contrasts with the bright background of the bedroom, which speaks to the colours and layers of the space.
The cloakroom emphasizes simplicity and practicality, providing convenient services for residents. The delicate light strip is subtly attached to the edge of the cabinet to draw the eye into focus.
ARQ10 House also has a rooftop garden for residents to entertain and enjoy the natural scenery, and its lush trees also reduce the heat in the lower bedrooms.
What's more, idin architects uses a pocket-sized green courtyard to create a vertical green building from the ground, immersing the entire home in nature.
Challenging convention and reimagining space, ARQ10 House by idin architects inspires a new era of residential design, outlining urban oasis living hidden in nature.
The use of greenery not only enhances ventilation, but also fills the interior with natural light, creating an eco-conscious living environment. In today's increasingly urbanized world, ARQ10 House is a beacon of innovative architecture and sustainable living.
