12Cr2Ni4A is a high-strength alloy steel, which is widely used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry and other fields. Its excellent physical and mechanical properties make it perform well in a variety of harsh environments.
In this paper, Shanghai Bohu will conduct an in-depth study of the physical and mechanical properties of 12Cr2Ni4A.
The physical properties of 12Cr2Ni4A have a density of about 785g cm, with good thermal stability and corrosion resistance. At room temperature, its tensile strength has exceeded 980MPa, and the yield point reaches 780MPa. In addition, its elongation, cross-sectional shrinkage and impact toughness also show high levels. Mechanical properties The strength and toughness of 12Cr2Ni4A steel largely depend on the heat treatment process. Through reasonable heat treatment, its mechanical properties can be significantly improved. In the quenching and tempering state, its tensile strength can reach more than 1800MPa, and the yield point can exceed 1600MPa. In addition, it has excellent resistance to abrasion, fatigue and corrosion. Process performance: 12Cr2Ni4A steel has good cutting performance and welding performance. In the cutting process, the cutting force is moderate, and it is not easy to produce chipping. In terms of welding, with proper preheating and post-weld treatment, welding distortion and crack tendencies can be reduced. Application field Due to its excellent physical, mechanical and technological properties, 12Cr2Ni4A steel is widely used in the manufacture of high-strength, high-wear-resistant and high-corrosion resistant mechanical parts, such as aero engine blades, oil drill collars, chemical reactors and other key components.
