How to look at the fierce competition

When I hear the words that people are talking about, such as blue ocean, red ocean, fierce competition, raising the bar and strategic height, I have a judgment in my heart. These topics often come from people who have achieved a certain level and stand at a certain height. And if someone blindly follows the trend and everyone else follows the crowd, I will be confused. I've always been a firm believer that these macro topics are only suitable for those who are already in the country. If you are a bigwig of a listed company, of course we can make a pot of good tea, fine**.

However, for those young people who are just starting out and have nothing, I advise you to throw these flashy words out of the clouds early on, and instead focus on opportunities, and go all out as soon as you find signs of making money. Don't forget, your primary goal is to make money, to actually gain wealth. It's not about planning how to run a great company, it's too far away.

Of course, I'm not saying that these macro topics are worthless. As your career progresses, you will inevitably need to consider these strategic aspects step by step. Because the long-term development of the company requires a clear strategic approach, there are more and more factors to consider. But in my experience, when you're still trying to make your first pot of gold, it's not your turn to think about these big ideas.

I'm not denying the value of concepts like blue oceans, red oceans, and competition, but I think they are too far away for young people. In the early stages of your business, you need to take action, not talk about strategy. Of course, this is not to say that you can blindly follow the trend or run around like headless flies. Instead, you need to be perceptive, good at spotting opportunities, and give it your all when you find one. In this process, do not forget that your primary goal is to make money, to actually gain wealth. It is only after you have earned your first pot of gold that you are qualified to think about how to run a great company. Therefore, young people should abandon those flashy macro topics as early as possible and instead focus on opportunities and pursue their goals with all their might.
