I m not a Bo traffic, let alone a black hometown, it s just something that some people are doing to

I'm not here to get traffic, let alone to hack my hometown, I'm just truthfully stating the facts.

Fans who follow me know that I returned to my hometown, Zhecheng County, Henan Province, from Xinjiang where I have lived for 23 years, in May last year.

When I returned, I found that the hometown I had been dreaming of for a long time had changed from its original appearance. The changes here are not only changes in the natural environment, but also changes in the people at all levels in the surrounding area.

In my previous article and micro headlines or **, I also disclosed this matter, this disclosure is not tight, my mother, this can anger some hometown people, some hometown people in the comment area scolded me for being incomplete, and there are all kinds of ugly words: some people say that I go out for a few days to look down on my hometown; Some people say that I hacked my hometown in order to gain traffic, and some people scolded me, you should go back to Xinjiang and so on.

Here, I solemnly tell these people: I really have no intention of blackening my hometown, but many things make me incomprehensible, and I can't stretch out my thumb to praise the people and things I met in Zhecheng, Henan, of course, there must be positive energy people and things worthy of praise, but I didn't have good luck to meet it.

I'm not even trying to get traffic, because of this bit of traffic, I earn a few cents, and it's not worth the money that affects my mood by being scolded by others?

But what about today? Here I would like to state two things that I have encountered in my hometown boss in my hometown to pay employees.

Here's the thing: When I came back from Xinjiang, I wanted to find a job in my county town to support myself.

As for the first job, I found a job in the student cafeteria of a high school in our county, and the owner was a local person.

The work in the restaurant is very hard, the working hours are 13-16 hours a day, we arrive at work at 4 o'clock in the morning, and we often have to get up at 3 o'clock in the evening. I didn't get off work until more than seven o'clock in the evening, and the hard work can be imagined. I'm not afraid of hard work, when I applied for the job, the boss said that the monthly salary was 3,000, and I would eat, and in our local small county, it was considered a high salary to work.

Soon after doing it, it was the 11th National Day, and the school announced: students will have a seven-day holiday.

Then the boss said to us: "Students have a seven-day vacation, and these seven days are unpaid."

Before I could react, my colleague on the side was reluctant and asked the boss: "Didn't you say that we pay monthly wages when you applied for the job?" Why is it that you are paid on a daily basis now? It's just that there is no salary during the winter and summer vacations, and there is no salary for a holiday, and there are several festivals a year, so don't we have no salary for several months a year? Aren't you playing tricks on us employees? ”

The boss said, "Don't you know now?" I also muttered, "If I knew this, I wouldn't have come to work here, so I won't do it."

I can't imagine that the boss in my hometown still tricks the employees in my hometown.

But it's not enough to be idle, you have to find a job, otherwise how can you support yourself?

So I started looking for a job again, one day, I went to a supermarket to buy something, and saw a recruitment information posted at the door of the supermarket, which happened to be a job that I have been working in Xinjiang for more than ten years, and I am no stranger to this kind of work.

I asked the front desk staff, is it full? The person in charge of the front desk said: not full, I want to apply for a job here and my resume to the person in charge of a brief introduction, they are very enthusiastic to let me come to work tomorrow, I asked about the salary and working hours and monthly leave, the supervisor introduced to me: the salary is the basic salary of 2000, plus the commission of about 300 per month, plus the full attendance bonus of 200, a total of about 2500, the vacation is one day off every month, eight hours a day of work, Working in the morning and evening, I felt that the conditions in our fifth-tier small city were acceptable, or even good, so I happily went to work the next day.

Because I don't like to be late for work no matter when I go to work, I always come to work ten minutes early. The work is also down-to-earth, serious and down-to-earth. Never cheat or be lazy.

In this way, in the first month, I worked for 25 days, and when it was time to pay my salary, it was paid according to the basic salary of 2000, no commission, no full attendance bonus, and the first three days of internship salary were not given to me, only 22 days' salary, I did not go to full term in the first month, there was no full attendance bonus and commission, I can understand. Why is the three-day internship salary not paid?

I went to the supervisor to ask about this, and the supervisor said: After working for three months, the internship salary for these three days will be paid, and if you don't work for three months, there is no internship salary for these three days, although I felt unreasonable at the time, and it is not in line with the labor law, but I think that I have to pay sooner or later anyway, and I will definitely be able to work for three months, so I didn't care about these inappropriate and illegal self-set rules.

But when the second month's salary was paid, it was still paid to me at 2000, which I don't understand, because in the second month, I was on a full-term month, and I didn't be late, didn't leave early, and didn't ask for leave. Why do you still press 2000 rounds for me?

I went to the supervisor to ask, and the supervisor's answer was: After three months of work, there will be a commission and a full attendance bonus.

I said when I started to apply, why didn't you tell me that you would only get a commission and a full attendance bonus after three months of work? The supervisor said that there is an employee code, but I haven't seen an employee code? And the employee code cannot override the labor law, the supervisor ignored me, and continued to add to me: "From New Year's Day to the fifteenth day of the first month of the next year, it is not allowed to resign, if you resign, half a month's salary will be deducted." There is also the day of the monthly rest, if you do not have enough 28 days in the month, you can not rest, even if you are scheduled to rest in the month, but also according to the date of the rest, if you work for 27 days this month, the last three days suddenly have something, you ask for leave, then the rest of the previous day also has to be deducted according to the leave.

I argued, "You employee codes are against labor laws, and it's not legal for you to do so."

The supervisor said, "Then you can do nothing."

I said: "I can not do it, but my three-day internship salary, the boss must give it, if not, I will pick up the law to protect my legitimate rights and interests."

It's the same routine again, I don't explain it to you clearly when I apply, and when you are familiar with everything, you are reluctant to give up the job, and then try to deduct the employee's salary.

I thought to myself, is it true that our bosses here are all so routine employees?

I have worked in Xinjiang for more than 20 years and have never encountered such a situation. And returning to our own hometown, Zhecheng County, Henan, working for the boss in our hometown is full of routines and traps.

At this time, when I was in the field, the kind of hometown that I longed for and longed for my hometown gradually became estranged, confused, confused, and unfamiliar, and it seemed that I really had to go back to my second hometown - Xinjiang. Because the hometown that gave birth to me and raised me is no longer suitable for my survival.
