Launched in 2013, Shanghai Auntie is the main brand offering a wide range of products including fresh fruit tea, multi-spice milk tea, light milk tea, yogurt shake and bagged snacks. Launched in 2022, Shanghai Coffee is generally located in Shanghai Auntie stores, offering a variety of coffee drinks, and plans to launch "Oriental Latte", including coffee latte, tea latte, and tea coffee latte to broaden market contact.
The Beijing News reporter noticed that Shanghai Auntie disclosed the new brand light version to be launched in 2023, and the brand concept is to provide consumers in third-tier cities and below with more cost-effective tea options, mainly multi-spice milk tea, light milk tea, fruit tea and ice cream. According to the prospectus, as of September 30, 2023, Shanghai Auntie's store network has 7,297 stores, covering four municipalities directly under the central government, as well as more than 300 cities located in five autonomous regions and 22 provinces. Shanghai Auntie said in the prospectus that the ready-made tea shop market in third-tier cities and below is the largest and fastest-growing segment between 2022 and 2027, and the future growth potential is huge.
