In fact, coaches, especially young coaches, play with secondary skills, awareness, and how good their bodies are. The most important quality of a youth coach is to know how to educate. The children contacted by the youth coaches are of different ages, the youngest is not yet mentally opened, and the oldest teenagers have entered puberty, and the children's psychological development, personality building, and physical development are completely different. For example, teaching a 5-year-old to play football is not the same thing as teaching a 7-year-old to play football, and teaching a 10-year-old to play football is another different thing from teaching a 15-year-old to play football.
