On January 26, firefighters from the Lingao County Fire and Rescue Brigade warmly relieved a 3-year-old boy whose finger was stuck in Meishan Village, Lincheng Town, Lingao County.

At about 18 o'clock on the same day, the Lingao County Fire and Rescue Brigade received a report from the masses that a 3-year-old boy was stuck in a plastic stool hole in his finger in Meishan Village, Gaoshan Road, Lincheng Town. Lingao Fire Command Center immediately dispatched 1 fire truck and 6 fire rescue personnel to the scene for disposal.

Fire and rescue personnel arrived at the scene to inquire about the boy's parents and learned that the little boy was playing alone with a plastic stool in the yard, and suddenly cried, and the boy's mother ran over to see that the first joint of the child's right thumb was stuck in the small hole in the plastic stool seat and could not be extracted. After the boy's mother tried to lubricate the boy's fingers with cooking oil to no avail, she called the police on 119 for help.

The boy cried at the scene, and the fire rescue personnel and the boy's mother comforted the boy, and after covering the boy's head with clothes, they used a vice and electric scissors to cut a gap in the plastic stool, and then slowly sawed the plastic stool seat with a hand saw. Because the boy was constantly crying and twisting his body and the plastic stool was tough, the fire rescue personnel chatted with the boy to divert the boy's attention, and at the same time accelerated the rescue speed to saw the plastic stool seat surface, and the boy's fingers were safely removed.
