Zhuge Ying Village, Beizang Village Town, Daxing District, Beijing, is close to the biomedical base and Yongding River, with a total of 469 houses in the village, with an average area of 126 acres. Taking advantage of the development of the Yongding River Ecological and Cultural Belt, we will actively explore the development of "village apartments" around the supporting service functions of the biomedical base.
Main practices
Adhere to the "one village, one taste, one household, one characteristic", combined with the advantages of Zhuge Ying Village, coordinate the development of medical care, fitness, intangible cultural heritage and other theme characteristics, and create high-quality village apartment boutique projects. Strengthen planning and design, resolutely do not allow large-scale demolition and construction, introduce well-known design teams to participate, and carry out personalized design of housing styles to meet the living and communication needs of different employees in the biomedical base. The township level coordinates with the relevant functional departments at the district level to actively explore ways to achieve license handling, food safety, and production safety supervision. Vigorously expand the cultural industry function of Yongding River Green Harbor, carefully hold festivals such as tent cultural festivals and tulip festivals, enrich rural tourism resources in large regions, and promote the linkage development of idle farmhouses.
Get results
At present, a total of 11 idle farmhouses have been revitalized in Zhuge Ying Village, and the company pays rent to each villager, with an annual rent of 6 to 100,000 yuan per household. According to the standard of 5,000 yuan per household per year, the enterprise pays a management fee to the village collective. Under the influence of the revitalization of idle farmhouses, some villagers took the initiative to design and decorate their own residential houses, improve the surrounding environment of the houses, and significantly improve the quality of the living environment.
