"Water Margin" has a story of fighting in Gaotang Prefecture, which is very exciting. This is the only time that Shi Nai'an cast a superb spell in the first seventy books, and used the "Five Thunder Tiangang Righteous Method" to crack the Dao method of Gao Lian, the prefect of Gaotang Prefecture, and broke the state capital in one fell swoop, killing Gao Yu, an uncle and brother.
Throughout the book, Gongsun Sheng also used several spells to help Liangshan break the enemy. For example, Mangdangshan surrendered Fan Rui, and Zeng Tou City helped Lu Junyi capture Shi Wengong alive. However, the use of the "Five Thunder Tiangang Rectification Method" is only this time in Gaotang Prefecture. Even if Song Jiang asked Gongsun Sheng to teach Fan Rui this superb spell, Fan Rui never used it once. Why did you want to use this Taoist supreme spell in Gaotang Prefecture? Is it because the inexpensive Dao method is superb, and it must be restrained by higher spells? Not exactly, I'm afraid.
The reason why Gongsun Sheng used the "Five Thunder Heavenly Heart Righteous Method" in Gaotang Prefecture was because he wanted to save a very important person, and this person was the big rich man on the Cangzhou Road, the little whirlwind Chai Jin.
What is the origin of Chai Jin, worthy of such diligence of Taoists, who did not hesitate to move out of the "treasure of the town" to save such a person? This has to start with Chai Jin's life experience.
There are a few heroes in Liangshan who were stabbed on the cheeks and sent to the army, the first to be confiscated was the leopard head Lin Chong, and then Wu Song, Yang Zhi, Song Jiang, Lei Heng, Zhu Tong, and Lu Junyi. The "Song Criminal Code" stipulates five types of punishment, including flogging, caning, imprisonment, exile, and death, which are applied separately according to the circumstances of the crime, and may also be combined to add punishments. The crimes committed by the heroes of "Water Margin" are all serious crimes, and they are basically sentenced to exile, and there are several canes, and at the same time, the cane punishment is added.
If it is a mismatch, it is necessary to fill the army for more than 1,000 miles, go to the far evil military state to do hard labor, or serve as a border soldier. The Northern Song Dynasty implemented a management system that integrated military and political affairs, and the state capital was the "military state", although Song Jiang, Wu Song, Zhu Tong and other thorn matching places were different from Lin Chong, there were no military units such as the army forage field, but they were also called the army.
In "Water Margin", a total of several places where the army is filled are written: Cangzhou, Daimyofu, Mengzhou, Jiangzhou, Jeju, and Shamen Island, among them, Cangzhou has a total of Lin Chong and Zhu Tong who are filled with troops here, and it should also be the most impressive place for readers to match the army. Shi Nai'an wrote twice that the heroes of Liangshan were thorned with Cangzhou, and the reason was that there was an important person entrenched here, the little whirlwind Chai Jin.
In the book, it is explained that Chai Jin has a manor on Cangzhou Road, and Chai Daguan basically lives here. However, Chai Jin's real home is in Gaotang Prefecture, and the manor on Cangzhou Road is just the residence of Chai Daguan, or the villa courtyard. Why is this so?Shi Nai'an's clearly written Chai Daguanren's home is on Cangzhou Road. This is a question that will be returned to later.
However, it was said that Chai Jin was on the Cangzhou Road, entertaining visitors from all over the world, especially the dedicated assistance to fund the past army. So, there are several well-matched heroes in "Water Margin", why is there no such a Chai official on Mengzhou Road, Daimyofu Road, etc.?In other words, why did Chai Jin come to Cangzhou Road to recruit guests from all over the world, especially to focus on subsidizing the army?
From Lin Chong's story, it can be known that there is a forage field for the army here. Therefore, many of the criminals who assassinated Cangzhou could be used as soldiers. Officers such as Lin Chong were probably often sent here to guard the army's forage yards. Therefore, Chai Jin attached great importance to Lin Chong and tried his best to give him more silver.
Chai Jin did this, and he was suspected of bribing military talents, and his ambition to rebel was clearly exposed.
If it is said that the purchase of Lin Chong is not enough to prove that Chai Jin came to Cangzhou Road from Gaotang Prefecture, he is suspected of rebellion. Then, the attitude towards Wu Song can be used as evidence of Chai Jin's deliberate rebellion.
According to the book, Wu Song accidentally killed a "local secret" in Qinghe County, so he fled to Chai Daguanrenzhuang. It is said that Wu Song is a good man with deep martial arts, and Chai Jin should treat him well. However, Wu Song suffered from the cold eyes of Chai Jinzhuang, and no one cared about malaria, so he was alone under the porch to warm the fire. In Chai Jin's words, Wu Song is so unpopular entirely because Wu Erlang has a short temper and drinks and beats people.
In fact, the real reason why Wu Song was not treated was because he was not qualified to enjoy Lin Chong's treatment. The book says that Wu Song lived in Chai Jinzhuang for a year, and when he learned about the "secret of this department", he only fainted to death. Since the person is not dead, Wu Song will not become a supporting army, at most he will be sentenced to prison. A relatively light sentence can be atonement for the crime with copper coins, which is also the provision of the "Song Criminal System", Wu Dalang often entered the yamen to listen, and it was not a month to do it, probably using copper coins to atone for Wu Song.
Wu Song is not an army, and he has not sent a sea fishing document from Qinghe County, such a person is still a "good citizen", and it is difficult for Chai Jin to buy it. Therefore, although he has good skills, the treatment is far inferior to Lin Chong. Lin Chong was disgusted by Captain Gao's army, and Chai Jin's treatment of Lin Chong was obviously against the government.
Chai Daguan entrenched in Cangzhou Road and wantonly funded and bribed those who had committed serious crimes, which was indeed to prepare for rebellion. In the vicinity of the manor, Chai Jin advertised it widely, let out the word, and asked the hotel and other places to help him take in the past army, which was really blatant.
It is said that Lin Chong went to Cangzhou Prison City, because he had firewood and fifty taels of silver at the bottom, so he bribed the battalion to make a mistake and got an easy job of guarding the army's forage field. Unexpectedly, this errand left Lin Chong desperate. Gao Yu, who was far away in Bianjing, did not let Lin Chong go, and sent Lu Qian and Fu An to assassinate him. As soon as the two of them made a connection with Guan Ying, they came up with a ruse to burn the forage field and tried to burn Lin Chong to death. Even if Lin Chong does not die, the forage field of the army is burned, and it is difficult to escape the death penalty.
Lin Jiaotou was forced to be helpless, killed three thieves who set fire to the forage field, turned around and defected to Chai Jin.
Although Chai Daguan had a rebellious heart, he had no courage to be a thief, and when he heard that Lin Chong had killed someone, he didn't dare to forcibly take him in, so he pushed him to Shuibo Liangshan. At that time, Chai Jin introduced the situation of Liangshan to Lin Chong in this way:
It is a water town under the management of Jeju, Shandong, the place name is Liangshanbo, with a radius of more than 800 miles, and in the middle is Wanzi City and Tatewa. Now there are three good men, and they are stationed there. For the head, he is called Wang Lun, a white-clothed showman, the second is called to touch the sky Du Qian, and the third is called to be King Kong Song Wan in the clouds. Those three good men gathered seven or eight hundred minions to rob houses and houses; Many of the people who committed the great sins of the world went there to take refuge in calamities, and he took them all in.Wang Lun and Du Qian, the owners of Liangshanzhai, once went to Chai Jin Manor and received Chai Jin's funding. Du Qian and Wang Lun successively went to Liangshan, and Chai Jin continued to sponsor them. However, Chai Jin said, "The three heroes are also friends with me, and they try to send books." Song Wan had never been to Chai Jin's house, and there was no friendship between the two, because Chai Jin continued to sponsor the Liangshan rebellion, so he naturally became "friendly" with Song Wan.
Chai Jin also said that Wang Lun often took in people who committed heinous crimes, and most of them must have been recommended by Chai Jin from his own manor. Wu Song did not commit a mortal crime, and he was definitely unwilling to go to Liangshan. If you don't have enough qualifications, you still drink and play with your uncle's temper, so you won't be welcomed. Lin Chong committed a mortal crime this time, and Chai Jin sent him to Liangshan for "refuge". It is said that it is to take refuge, but it is better to accumulate armed forces for oneself.
In the Water Margin, the rich man of the manor raised armor soldiers, and there were several armed people, the most famous of which were Zhujiazhuang and Zengtou City. Others, such as Chao Gai, Shi Jin, Kong Ming, and Kong Liang, all have private armed forces that can fight in battle and go up the mountain and fall into the grass. This is the result of the military system since Xining in the Northern Song Dynasty, and of course, it is also due to the attack on the fortress system in the early Northern Song Dynasty. The soldiers of the fort are part of the national defense force of the imperial court, and they are the "village soldiers", who are usually responsible for maintaining local law and order, and the border fort also has the responsibility of assisting in the garrison. In wartime, it was drawn as a box army, and then the box army was drawn to enrich the forbidden army, which belonged to the "reserve" of the Northern Song Dynasty's national defense forces.
The strange thing is that Chai Jin does not raise armor soldiers, does not have his own private arms, and the Zhuang guests on the village only accompany Chai Daguan to hunt and have fun. What the little whirlwind did was unwilling to contribute to the imperial court, secretly bribing the dead and funding the rebellion. In fact, Chai Jin's private armed forces were the 800 minions of Liangshan during the Wang Lun period. The grass cowards of the Xiaoju cottage are naturally unable to be requisitioned by the imperial court.
Wang Lun, as the owner of the village, basically does not provoke the government, nor does he engage in robbers who block the road, and even the fishermen of Shijie Village can fight against him. Wu Yong said that when the three Ruans collided, the Ruan brothers did not look at them squarely, thinking that Wang Lun, Du Qian, Song Wan, and Zhu Gui were "not tight". Wang Lun and they don't make a fortune by robbery, nor do they rely on the big fish in the water to feed, Chai Jin's funding is the main ** of their rebellion funds. With a military salary of seven or eight hundred minions, Chai Daguan is indeed financially rich.
Chai Jin funded the rebellion, but in fact, he pinned his rebellion on Wang Lun and the army who committed the mortal crime, and it was difficult to hide the rebellion.
So, why was Chai Jin able to blatantly fund the distribution of troops and grass bandits, and why did he plan to rebel?
Lin Chong escaped from the wild boar forest and went to the official road of Cangzhou. In a hotel, Lin Chongda heard the news:
There is a rich man in this village, surnamed Chai Mingjin, here called Chai Daguanren, the rivers and lakes are called a small whirlwind, he is a descendant of Chai Shizong of the Great Zhou Dynasty. Since Chen Qiao abdicated, Emperor Taizu Wude gave him an oath at home, who dared to bully him? Thirty or fifty of them are kept at home, and they often ask us in the hotel: "If there is a prisoner who comes from the hospital, you can ask him to join my village, and I will support him."The store's words made it clear that Chai Jin was entrenched in Cangzhou Province and blatantly accepted and subsidized the flow of personnel. The reason why Chai Jin dared to take a special move to receive heroes and give preferential treatment to the army was because he had an affidavit and a coupon given by Zhao Kuangyin at home.
The so-called "affidavit coupon" is equivalent to a privileged document such as a "gold medal for avoiding death". In order to reward meritorious heroes, the ancient emperor issued a metal plaque, which was engraved with the words "The master's merits and the crime can be exempted", and agreed on the nature and scope of the crime, as long as the crime was committed within the specified range, it could be exempted or the punishment was reduced.
Water Margin" said that Chai Jin's ancestor was the Later Zhou Emperor Zhou Shizong, because the Chai family gave way in "Chen Qiao", Zhao Kuangyin gave preferential treatment to the Chai family and gave him an oath coupon.
Shi Nai'an wrote Chai Jin, which has a great historical background, as if it were the same as the real thing. So, does Chai Jinjia have an oath coupon?
Li Kui killed Yin Tianxi, and Chai Jin fell into Gaotang Prefecture" In this book, Chai Jin and his uncle Chai Huangcheng both mentioned the oath and coupons, and also said that they would take this thing to Beijing to sue the emperor and punish the inexpensive brother-in-law Yin Tianxi. It can be seen that Chai Jinjia has such a privileged signboard. However, Shi Nai'an wrote it very coincidentally, and the book just didn't let the affidavit iron coupon appear. Therefore, this mysterious death-free gold medal was not seen in "Water Margin".
Is it Shi Nai'an's bluff, Chai Jinjia didn't have such a treasure in the first place? No. Shi Nai'an wrote this, which precisely reflects the truth of history, and the affidavit of Chai Jin's family is indeed a secret secret of the Northern Song Dynasty.
There is such a record in Lu You's "Summer Resort", which says: Song Taizu usurped the Zhou world, and engraved a stele in the third year of Jianlong (962 AD), and stood in the mezzanine room of the Taimiao dormitory, which is called the oath stele. This matter cannot be found in the "History of the Song Dynasty", and it is a secret of the Northern Song Dynasty.
Lu You talked about the situation of Zhao Kuangyin's oath monument in detail in the book, saying that this oath monument has a total of three lines of oath:
Yiyun "Chai's grandson shall not be sentenced to higher punishment if he is guilty, and if he commits rebellion, he will be given all in prison, and he shall not be tortured and killed by the city, nor shall he sit on his subordinates." Yiyun, "Do not kill the doctor and the person who writes the book." Yiyun "If the descendants have this oath, the sky will die".Although, some people question that "Summer Resort" is suspected of falsification, and it is not Lu You's doing. However, the events recorded in it are true. Shi Nai'an took the oath monument as the prototype and "issued" an oath coupon to the little whirlwind Chai Jin. Since it is an object with a history, why does Shi Nai'an write it loomingly, as if there is but there is none?
Wang Fuzhi also talked about this incident in the "Song Treatise", which not only confirmed the existence of the oath monument, but also made a good footnote for Shi Nai'an to express the oath and the iron coupon:
Taizu Le stone, locked in the hall, so that the heir to the throne, into and kneel to read. There are three precepts: first, to protect the descendants of the Chai family; 2. Don't kill doctors; 3. No farmland endowment. Alack! If these three are not called Shengde, they can't be called Shengde.Although the content of the oath monument mentioned by Wang Fuzhi is different from that of Lu You, the article "preserving the descendants of the Chai family" can confirm Lu You's statement: There is indeed such an oath monument in the Northern Song Dynasty. This oath tablet is hidden deep in the mezzanine room of the palace, covered with ** curtains, the new emperor of the Northern Song Dynasty ascended the throne, and then took a eunuch who could not read and hyphenation into the curtain, kneeling and reciting the inscription.
is so mysterious, of course, except for the nine emperors of the Northern Song Dynasty, no one has been able to see this oath monument. It is said that it was not until the Jingkang disaster that the secret of this oath tablet was revealed by the Jin people. This is the reason why Chai Jin's oath iron coupon seems to be nothing, Shi Nai'an wrote the book with great respect for historical facts.
This is actually why Chai Jin rebelled.
According to what Lu You and Wang Fuzhi said, the first article of the oath monument made by Zhao Kuangyin is to give preferential treatment to the Chai family. In fact, the Chai family also received corresponding care during the Northern Song Dynasty, for example, in the first year of Chonghe (1110 AD), Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty issued an edict."After the restoration of Emperor Gong, he thought that Xuanyi Lang was in charge of the Zhou Ling Temple, and the world was the third of the country. "And before," he saidZhou Chai was later crowned ChongyigongIt also shows that the emperor in front of Song Huizong rewarded the descendants of Chai Shixun.
Since Emperor Zhao and Song treated the Chai family so favorably, why did Shi Nai'an write that the Chai family deliberately rebelled? This topic has to start from the beginning of "Water Margin".
Wedge:Zhang Tianshi prayed for the plague, and Taiwei Hong mistakenly walked away from the demons, the beginning tells a short story of five generations. Because of the warlords of the five dynasties, each of them had one side, and the small dynasty continued to change, "sowing chaos in the fifty autumns" and causing chaos in the world. At this time, Zhao Kuangyin was born. Shi Nai'an wrote about the situation when Song Taizu was born like this:
Later, he felt the cycle of the Heavenly Dao, and gave birth to Emperor Taizu Wude in the Jiama camp, this pilgrim was born, the red light was full of sky, and the fragrance did not disperse, but it was the descent of the thunderbolt immortal in the upper realm.Shi Nai'an's words almost copied the "History of the Song Dynasty Taizu Benji", but wrote this Tianzi as "Thunderbolt Great Immortal". What is "Perak Immortal"?
Taoists believe that the greatest force in the universe is thunder, and therefore, the most powerful department in the upper realm of Taoism is the thunder department. Zhao Kuangyin is from the Thunder Department, and Gongsun Sheng defeated Gao Lian, using the Lei Ministry's "Nuclear **" Five Thunder Tiangang Righteous Method. Therefore, Gongsun Sheng's ** is also a person who has a lot to do with the Thunder Department, and he has the weight of the Thunder Department, and his level is quite high. So, who was also born in the Lei Department, why did Shi Nai'an let Gongsun Sheng go to "bomb" the prefect of the Zhao Song Dynasty? This matter is still related to why Chai Jin rebelled.
Shi Nai'an continued to write in "Wedge": "(Zhao Kuangyin) is heroic and brave, wise and generous, since ancient times, emperors are not as good as this emperor of the dynasty, a pole and a stick are all together, and the surname of Zhao is to fight 400 military states!" ”
From this sentence, it seems that Zhao Kuangyin relied on his own ability to fight the country, as if it had nothing to do with Chai Jin. Could it be that Shi Nai'an didn't understand history and wrote it wrong?
Shi Gong continued to write: At that time, there was a priest in Huashan, Xiyue, and he heard the legend of the guests on the road: "Now Chai Shizong in Tokyo has abdicated the throne and Zhao Jiandian has ascended the throne. Shi Nai'an is definitely proficient in this history, but strangely, it was written as "Chai Shizong gave way and Zhao Kuangyin", which obviously violates the truth of history?
The same historical mistake appeared again in the shopkeeper's words when Lin Chong arrived at the village where Chai Jin was, saying that it was "Chai Shizong."Since Chen Qiao gave way
Historical records show that Chai Shizong did not abdicate at all, but Zhao Kuangyin bullied Chai Rong's son Chai Shixun (Emperor Gong), held heavy troops, and planned to "add yellow robes" in Chenqiao and usurped the throne of the Later Zhou Dynasty.
Shi Nai'an wrote this way, completely according to the lies made up by the emperors of the Zhao and Song dynasties, exposing the injustice of the Northern Song Dynasty.
After Zhao Kuangyin usurped the throne, he was suspected of killing Chai Rong's son Emperor Gong Chai Shixun, so Shi Nai'an deliberately shielded Emperor Hou Zhou and said that Chen Qiao's abdication was done by Chai Rong himself. In this way, wouldn't the lies of the Northern Song Dynasty be self-debunked?
The ancestral throne was usurped, and the Zhao family also made up lies to deceive the world, and Shi Nai'an was like a hero in Liangshan, fighting for Chai Jin. Therefore, it is not difficult to understand that Chai Jin is entrenched in Cangzhou Road and specializes in things opposite to the imperial court.
However, Chai Jin maintained a cautious attitude, and did not dare to personally go to Liangshan to pull the anti-flag and directly confront the Zhao dynasty. Among them, there is the reason why the "little whirlwind" does not dare to blow the "black whirlwind", and there are deeper reasons: why did Chai Jin deliberately plot rebellion and did not dare to openly rebel?
Here, we have to mention a very famous prophetic book, "Tui Bei Tu". This prophecy book is said to be very accurate, Yuan Tiangang and Li Chunfeng are simply immortals who have predicted thousands of years. In fact, this is a complete fake book, and the initiator is probably Zhao Kuangyin.
It is said that the reason why Zhao Kuangyin launched the Chenqiao Mutiny was because one day Chai Rong saw the "Tui Bei Tu" from the poster bag, and the book had such a line of words: ".Check to be the son of heaven”。So, he promoted his sworn brother Zhao Kuangyin to the front of the palace. That means that since the mandate of heaven is like this, then the fertilizer and water are not thick in the fields of outsiders, it is better to be a favor and let your good brother be the emperor.
This is probably what "Water Margin" said, Chai Shizong gave way. This legend is too fake, but all nursery rhymes, prophecy and the like are the most taboo for the emperors of all dynasties, not only to strictly ban them, but also to kill the lord of "what should happen". Chai Shizong's generation of heroes would not do such a stupid thing.
The fourteenth elephant of Tui Bei Tu is about the end of the five dynasties and ten kingdoms, and its image depicts a bundle of dry wood, and one of the dry firewood looks very vibrant. With the prophecy and song, he not only "predicted" the end of the five generations, but also ridiculed Zhou Chai Shizong for "only a moment when the dead wood is in spring", which is obviously Zhao Kuangyin talking.
Dry firewood and a very prosperous branch and leaf, the implication is "firewood glory".
So, should "Chai Rong" really be surnamed "Chai"? Absolutely not, Chai Rong should be surnamed Guo!
Later Zhou Tianxia was founded by Guo Wei. Guo Wei, nicknamed Guo Qi'er, is tall, very brave, and has made many military achievements. In 950 AD, Liu Chengyou, Emperor Yin of the Later Han Dynasty, conspired with his confidant Li Ye and sent people to Yedu to kill Guo Wei. As a result, Guo Wei staged a mutiny in 951 AD, replacing the Later Han and establishing the Later Zhou Dynasty. Guo Wei had no children under his knees, so he accepted Chai Rong as his righteous son. When he was dying, he passed the throne to Chai Rong for Zhou Shizong.
At that time, Chai Rong must have changed his surname from Guo Wei's surname to Guo, and Chai Rong should have been "Guo Rong" a long time ago. Otherwise, Guo Wei would not have passed on the surname of Hou Zhou Tianxia to his foreign surname, and in doing so, of course, he would still have the surname Guo in Hou Zhou Tianxia.
However, in historical records, Guo Rong was reversed to Chai Rong. This obvious hard wound was actually concocted by Zhao Kuangyin, and he said things with a message, saying that "Chai Rong" had long been determined by the number of days. Zhao Kuangyin did this, which is nothing more than saying that Chai Rong is also not right, how can the surname Chai inherit the world of the surname Guo Ren? The surname Chai can sit on the country, why can't the surname Zhao?
Zhao Kuangyin said this, there is another reason, saying that he is Chai Rong's sworn brother, so he is naturally Guo Wei's righteous son. is also a righteous son with a different surname, of course, he is also qualified to inherit the throne of Hou Zhou. However, Zhao Kuangyin defeated 400 military states with the surname Zhao, so he was unwilling to continue to play the banner of Hou Zhou? Therefore, Guo Rong was changed to Chai Rong, everyone has nothing to do with Hou Zhou, my Lao Zhao is not a usurper, he is a legitimate country.
This historical flaw has been easily let go by historians of all ages. However, Shi Nai'an did not let it go, and used Chen Jun's ancestor to say "Chai Shizong Chen Qiao abdicated", as well as Chai Jin's story to expose this historical secret.
By the way, "Tui Bei Tu" was the first mentioned in the "History of the Song Dynasty", and it should be that Zhao Kuangyin concocted such a prophecy book under the pretense of Li Chunfeng and Yuan Tiangang in the Tang Dynasty in order to promote his righteous path to the country. Later, all dynasties revised and supplemented this pseudo-book until the ** period. Therefore, the previous "prophecy" was very accurate, and then it was unknown. In this regard, friends who have worked hard to crack "Push Back Map" can probably stop.
Return to the oath monument erected by Zhao Kuangyin. In fact, this oath monument is not all for the purpose of giving preferential treatment to the descendants of Zhou Shizong, but to lock "Guo Rong" as "Chai Rong" to warn our descendants that we have the right country and that it is not about the Chai family. This ** is preferential treatment of the "Guo family", which essentially deprives the Chai family of its royal status and does not recognize them as the legitimate successors of the Later Zhou.
In this way, the author of "Water Margin" is not convinced, and the Chai officials of "Water Margin" are even more unconvinced.
As mentioned above, Chai Jin's home should be in Gaotang Prefecture, because he was not convinced, he came to Cangzhou Road, where the flow of personnel was frequent in the past, and specially bought the military strength of the army for his use. Moreover, he secretly funded Liangshan Caokou and was anti-willing. So, why is Chai Jin's home supposed to be in Gaotang Prefecture? Let's go back to "Water Margin" and interpret a real Chai official from the text.
However, it was said that Chai Jin colluded with Liangshan and took in the black whirlwind Li Kui, who could not return to Liangshan. The little whirlwind meets the black whirlwind, and if you don't rebel, you have to rebel. Therefore, Chai Jin soon became a big deal.
On this day, Chai Jin received an urgent letter from Gaotang Prefecture, so he hurriedly prepared to get up and rush there. When Li Kui saw it, he asked Chai Jin why he was in such a hurry. Chai Jin said:
I have an uncle, Chai Huangcheng, who now lives in Gaotang Prefecture, and now he is the wife and brother of the governor of Benzhou, Yin Tianxi, who came to occupy the garden, and breathed a sigh of relief, lying sick in bed, and his life is not guaranteed sooner or later. If you want your uncle to have no children and no daughters, you have to go there in person.Chai Jin's words were very strange, his uncle was actually called "Imperial City"? This name is obviously a steganography of the Chai family, which was originally a royal family, and Chai Jin's generation is still constructing their own dream of an "imperial city".
Moreover, this imperial city also has a very beautiful garden, which is read together, which is the "Imperial City Garden".
Chai Jin took Li Kui to the house of Chai Huangcheng in Gaotang Prefecture, and after listening to Chai Huangcheng's story, Li Kui jumped up and wanted to **. Chai Jin persuaded: ".This is inside the forbidden city, how can you compare to your small village rampant?
What is the "Forbidden City"? The Imperial City Garden is, of course, the Forbidden City. Chai Huangcheng said very clearly, "My family is a golden branch and jade leaf." However, Zhao Kuangyin has long restored the Chai family's original surname, and has drawn a clear line with the Guo family's Hou Zhou, who still recognizes your family as a "golden branch and jade leaf"?
On the surface, the Imperial City Garden in Gaotang Prefecture is where Chai Jin's uncle lives, not Chai Jin's home. However, Chai Jin inherited the oath in his hand, and he was the main vein of the Later Zhou royal family, and of course the owner of the "Imperial City".
Chai Jin saw Chai Huangcheng and said some words of relief to his aunt. In the book, it is explained that Chai Jin's aunt is not a legitimate housewife in the imperial city, but a "stepfamily". Why do you prefer to write in the main room? Writing it in the main room doesn't affect the storyline either.
Shi Nai'an wrote like this, which has about two meanings. First, it shows that there is no queen in Chai Huangcheng, and this vein is going to be broken, and the metaphor is that Zhou Tianxia will end, and Chai will restore his original surname from Guo. Second, it shows that Chai Jin is about to become the master here, just like Guo Wei, the Taizu of Zhou, who handed over the imperial city to Guo Rong. Therefore, it is still said that Chai Jin's home is in Gaotang Prefecture.
So, where is Gaotang State? During the Northern Song Dynasty, there was no Gaotang Prefecture, and this state capital was set up in the Yuan Dynasty. Is this another mistake by Shi Nai'an? Not at all. But where it is suspected that Shi Nai'an wrote a mistake, it must be carefully investigated, which has a great meaning.
Shi Nai'an borrowed the place name of the Yuan Dynasty, but quoted the allusion of "Gao Tang Dream". There is such a passage in Song Yu's "Gao Tang Fu":
In the past, King Chu Xiang and Song Yu traveled in the platform of Yunmeng, looking at the view of height, on which there is a unique cloud qi, which is straight up, suddenly changed, and between the moments, the changes are endless. The king asked Yu, "Why is this angry?" Yu said: "The so-called Chaoyun is also." The king said, "What is Chaoyun?" Yu said: "In the past, the king tasted the Gao Tang Dynasty, and slept day and night, and dreamed of a woman who said: 'Concubine, the daughter of Wushan. For the guests of Gaotang. Wen Jun travels to the Tang Dynasty, and is willing to recommend the pillow seat. The king was fortunate. ......The dream of the Tang Dynasty originally referred to the love of men and women, and Shi Nai'an extended this allusion to the dream of the emperor. Gaotang Prefecture in "Water Margin" has the "Imperial City Garden", which is a forbidden city. At this time, it was already the Xuanhe period of the Northern Song Dynasty, and Guo's going to the country was already very far away. However, Chai Jin was unwilling to lose Guo's orthodoxy, so he constructed the dream of the emperor here. Gao Tang Prefecture, Gao Tang Meng, is also a metaphor for Chai Jin's royal bloodline. The ancients did not have DNA technology, and the love between men and women often symbolized blood relations.
It is precisely because of the allusion of the "Gao Tang Dream" that Shi Nai'an told readers that Chai Jin's "Imperial City Garden" can only be a dream, and how can it blow a whirlwind that shakes the Northern Song Dynasty just by taking in some army outcasts and raising Wang Lun, who can't even rob houses and rob houses? Therefore, Shi Nai'an corresponded him to "Tianguixing", nicknamed Little Whirlwind. It means that Chai Jin can only be a declining nobleman, because he is immersed in the emperor's dream, and occasionally a small whirlwind blows, he does not dare to really rebel. After going to Liangshan, Chai Jin did nothing, and took care of the money and food together with Li Ying.
The person who opposed the "Imperial City" and wanted to seize the garden of the Forbidden City was the brother-in-law of Gao Lian, the prefect of Gaotang Prefecture. Such a person also dares to bully the descendants of the Later Zhou royal family, which shows that the Chai family has long been locked on the oath monument by the Northern Song Dynasty, and has actually been deprived of royal status. However, after reading the text carefully, I found that it was not Yin Tianxi who bullied the Chai family.
The step-family of Chai Huangcheng said to Chai Jin: "(Gao Lian)."brought a wife's uncle Yin Tianxi to come, and people called him Yin Zhige. The man was young, and he relied on his brother-in-law's inexpensive power to run rampant and harm people here.
Gao Lian is Gao Yu's uncle and brother, and he came to Gaotang Prefecture to take up his post and brought an evil young man Yin Tianxi. This Yin Tianxi is actually not simple, and he is called "Yin Zhige". What is Naokaku?
In the Northern Song Dynasty, it was called the ** of Longtu Pavilion and Secret Pavilion as "Zhige". In the first year of Song Zhenzong Jingde, "the Dragon Pavilion was to be systematized", and the Zhige officially became an official name. Moreover, during the Dazhong auspicious period, Song Zhenzong believed in Taoism. According to the Southern Song Dynasty Song Wu Zeng's "Can Change the Zhai Manlu, the Beginning of the Matter, and the Famous Officials of the Zhige": "At the end of the auspicious Fu of Zhenzong Dazhong, Yuan tasted the Yitai hexagram, and gave five clothes, except for the Zhilong Pavilion. Famous officials of the Cabinet, the cover began here. This official name is even related to Song Huizong's "worship of the Tao and suppress the Buddha" written in "Water Margin".
Yin Tianxi is actually "attacked by the sky" and has the symbol of the emperor of the Northern Song Dynasty. Therefore, Shi Nai'an used such a character to make trouble with the Chai family, beat the Chai Imperial City, and wanted to occupy the Forbidden City Garden. Chai Huangcheng couldn't swallow this breath, and when Yin Tianxi made trouble for the second time, he whimpered for his life.
Is Shi Nai'an too realistic to write like this? The Zhao family took away the world of the Guo family, and although Emperor Gong escaped with his life and was not killed by Zhao Kuangyin in the palace, he died at the age of 20.
The little whirlwind did not dare to really rebel, but hoped to use the oath to maintain his "imperial city" Gaotang dream. "Due to the Heavenly Attack", he had already deprived the Chai clan of his royal qualifications, how could he tolerate the existence of another forbidden city garden in the Zhao dynasty? Chai Jin's Gao Tang dream was shattered, and the black whirlwind didn't care about 3721 and killed "because of the sky".
The black whirlwind blew a strong wind, and the small whirlwind was helpless, and after coming from the dry well, he went to Liangshan and rebelled involuntarily.
There is also a story related to the "well" in "Water Margin", which is the scene of "two dragons playing in the water" that Song Jiang saw in the Nine Heavens Xuannu Temple. This is a metaphor for Song Huizong and Song Qinzong "sitting on a well and watching the sky" in the Five Kingdoms City after the fall of the Northern Song Dynasty. Chai into the well and out of the well in stark contrast, the emperor woke up from a dream, Chai Jin was exempted from the pain of "sitting in the well and watching the sky".
Returning to the introduction of this article, Gongsun Sheng broke through Gaotang Prefecture with the highest spell of the Thunder Department and rescued Chai Jin, in fact, there is another layer of metaphor. As the thunderbolt immortal of the thunder department, Zhao Kuangyin actually cares about the Chai family very much, and Shi Nai'an also admitted that Song Taizu has the merit of ending the five generations of disputes and ushering in a peaceful and prosperous era. Lei Bu came to the rescue of Zhou Shizong's descendants, it was Shi Nai'an's attempt to restore history, and at the same time, it was also a fair evaluation of Zhao Kuangyin.
The end of an era must have its internal causes. Shi Nai'an's writing of Chai Jin's absurd dream of the Tang Dynasty is also exploring the trajectory of the fall of the Northern Song Dynasty. Including Gongsun Sheng's spells, they also exerted incomparable power in such an illusory environment. Time passed to the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, from the perspective of Shi Nai'an, how could the Northern Song Dynasty not be a dream of the Tang Dynasty?
