The Intangible Cultural Heritage Handicraft Workshop is located in Yanzi Academy, which has absorbed many national, provincial, municipal, and district-level intangible cultural heritage protection projects and excellent folk art projects. The traditional skills that were once preserved in museums and literature have become "novel experiences" that tourists can reach here.
The four major intangible cultural heritage items are open to experience
Tie-dye

Event Description:
Tie-dyeing is one of the traditional dyeing techniques in China, and is known as the three major printing technologies in ancient China together with batik and hollow printing.
In the Eastern Jin Dynasty, the twisted valerian silk that was tied and dyed to prevent dyeing had been produced in large quantities. During the Northern and Southern Dynasties, tie-dye products were widely used in women's clothing. Tie-dye can create patterns by folding, stitching, binding, twisting, clamping, compressing, etc., and before the stitches are removed, all the results are unknown, and there is a sense of surprise when opening a blind box.

Pulp painting

Event Description:
Wenzhou papermaking can be traced back to the period of the Northern and Southern Dynasties, and the Northern Song Dynasty paper has the title of "the first in the world" and is a tribute to the imperial court. "Pulp painting is a work of arts and crafts created with pulp as the main material, and the dyed pulp is colorful, and the work produced has a relief effect.
Hands-on experience:With tweezers as the pen and "paper" as the medium, with a unique "pulp" heart, the pulp painting responds to the current "low-carbon life" advocated, and uses a novel way to let everyone get the happiness brought by traditional intangible cultural heritage in their own experience.
Bamboo weaving

Bamboo baskets, plates, bottles, mats, fans, animals, screens and other rich bamboo artworks show the style of China's traditional bamboo art.

Flower lanterns
Age-appropriate: Parent-child over 6 years old, 16+ years old and above**.
Event Description:
The lantern originated from the period of Emperor Wu of the Han Dynasty, and an altar was set up in the palace on the 15th day of the first lunar month. Since the festival is held all night, it must be lit all night long, which is the beginning of the Lantern Festival. Later, on the fifteenth night of the first lunar month, the lights in the city and countryside were bright, and the common people of the scholars all hung lanterns, forming a unique custom of combining Chinese and Western cultures. It is an important part of China's intangible cultural heritage, which has a history and inheritance of thousands of years.
