What is "God's design"? In addition to meeting the needs of the occupants, the optimization of the spatial details is also crucial.
This case can be described as a case of "god design", in only 60 spaces, not only to meet the living needs of three generations, but also to optimize the storage planning and living experience. The warm space atmosphere makes people feel the temperature of home as soon as they enter the door, which is really worth learning.
The house in Beijing was originally a two-bedroom, one-living room, one kitchen and one bathroom, but because the owner and his wife planned to have a second child and needed occasional help from the elderly, they needed to meet the living needs of at least five people.
In the original space, there are many problems, such as lack of storage space, small kitchen and bathroom area, poor ventilation of the living room, etc.
The renovation plan has made bold adjustments on the basis of retaining the original structure. The children's room and the living room have been swapped, and the space area has been redistributed, which solves the problem of insufficient ventilation and lighting in the living room.
The special-shaped balcony is designed with tatami mats and becomes the third room, which meets the living needs of the elderly. In the renovation of kitchen and bathroom, by expanding the kitchen area and separating the design, the usable area of the space is improved and the problem of oil smoke is solved.
The enlarged design of the restroom uses dual circulation lines to maximize the efficiency of the use of space.
After the spatial structure was readjusted, a whole wall of storage cabinets was designed at the entrance to make full use of the space and realize the independence of each function. The bottom of the locker is suspended in the air, and the middle is hollowed out and the warm lighting is hidden, making the space visually light and adding a sense of warmth.
A washing machine is built into the functional cabinet, and a water bar is located in the low cabinet next to it. The cabinets are all designed with drawers and attention to detail.
The living room is remodeled with a longitudinal structure, a custom-built sofa and 1The 6-metre dining table satisfies the dining needs of the whole family, making the living room a multi-functional area.
The special-shaped balcony is designed with tatami mats, and lockers are set up on both sides to meet the living needs of the elderly, and can also be used for storage and children's games. The presence of a TV and a piano adds an entertaining atmosphere to the space.
The restaurant is designed with no main light, the atmosphere is more gentle and comfortable, and the folding curtain on the balcony ensures privacy. The master bedroom has been slightly reduced on the basis of retaining the original structure, and is connected to the balcony to maximize the introduction of daylight, which functionally realizes office, reading, leisure, fitness and daily drying.
The children's room is designed with a loft bed, with the top and bottom for resting and storage, and the orange and white combination is vibrant.
The kitchen is enlarged on the original structure, and adopts a partition structure, with the inside being the daily stir-fry area and the outside being the grooming area, which is connected to the living room.
The bathroom is designed to separate the shower area and the toilet area, keeping them separate and increasing the flexibility of the space.
On the whole, the biggest highlight of this case is the rationality and humanized design of the space layout, which eliminates the common sense of crowding in small apartments.
Although the effect is average, it successfully makes up for the relatively narrow space layout through the treatment of the atmosphere.
