Overview

The high-speed cable automatic test system provides a complete solution for the testing needs in the process of high-speed cable research and production. The system is based on a multi-port vector network analyzer, adopts highly customized test fixtures, converts the DUT into a standard RF interface, uses a multi-port RF switch matrix and high-performance amplitude and phase stability RF cable to form a test path, and completes all the path tests of the entire product through radio path switching. During the test, fast SOLT electronic calibration is adopted, and AFR 2 x throughx, de-embedding, port extension, port adjustment and other methods are used to eliminate the test error caused by the test system middleware.
