1) Lifestyle and health status assessment. Through consultation and self-assessment of the health status of the elderly, the basic health status, physical exercise, diet, smoking, alcohol consumption, common symptoms of chronic diseases, past medical history, current medication and self-care ability of the elderly were investigated.
2) Physical examination. 3) Ancillary examinations.
