On the afternoon of February 21, the Economic Development Zone and Xi'an Haoying Real Estate Development signed an investment cooperation agreement for the second phase of Weiyang International project.
According to the agreement, Xi'an Haoying Real Estate Development plans to invest about 16200 million yuan to build the second phase of the Weiyang International project, with a total construction area of about 8950,000 square meters. Among them, the construction area of the office building is about 460,000 square meters, with a commercial block construction area of about 170,000 square meters. Through the cross-border integration of culture and art, sports competition and commercial brands, the project will increase interactive entertainment and technological experience formats, develop differentially with surrounding businesses, and at the same time link with the first phase of Weiyang International to create a city-level commercial complex. After the completion of the project, it will continue to meet the growing new needs of the public for modern consumption.
