A long time ago, there was a legend about a Buddha named "King of Freedom", who manifested in the world for a long time, and lived all over the world. Among them, there is a great king named Shirao, after listening to the teachings of the Buddha of the Buddha of Freedom, he is happy and convinced, and is determined to practice, and his name is called Fazang. He renounced his throne and territory to follow the Buddha's monastic practice, focusing on the bodhisattva path and aiming to attain supreme enlightenment.
Possessing extraordinary wisdom and perseverance, the Bhikkhu of Dharma Tibetan practiced diligently and surpassed ordinary people. When it comes to the comprehension and practice of faith, no one is more than superb. One day, he humbly knelt at the feet of the Buddha and expressed his ambition and vow: to make his Buddha kingdom superior to all else, so that all sentient beings can attain Bodhi.
After hearing this, Wang Buddha encouraged him to strengthen his faith and practice diligently. He reminded the Dharma Tibetan that it was up to him to make his own choices about how to build a pure Buddha state. Fazang devoutly asked the Buddha to elaborate on the various Pure Land merits.
So, the Buddha of Zizai described in detail the special features of countless Buddha kingdoms for the Dharma Tibetan bhikshu and showed him them. This exchange of teachings lasted for hundreds of millions of years, until the Dharma Tibetan developed a deeper understanding of the Bodhi Path.
Rooted in ancient times, this legend describes the struggles of a devout practitioner and the Buddha's compassionate teachings on him, implying the reflection and pursuit of the meaning of life and the path of practice.
The monks listened to the teachings of the Buddha of Freedom in the World, and had a profound understanding of the boundless beauty of the Buddha Land of the Ten Directions. Seeing that his heart was clear, he was determined to leave the seat of the Buddha who was free in the world, and made a supreme and special wish.
With regard to the good and evil deeds of celestial beings around the world and the subtleties of the land, the Dharma Tibetan bhikshus made in-depth reflections and comparisons and reached a profound understanding.
After deciding to choose the Pure Land of Buddhahood, which he longed for, he made a great vow and began to practice courageously and diligently. He was respectful and prudent, dedicated to practicing Buddhism, and went through the five eons to pursue the merits necessary to achieve the Pure Land of Buddhahood. His practice has surpassed the 21 billion Buddha Pure Lands.
After fulfilling the great wish to absorb the Pure Land of the Buddha, the Dharma Tibetan Bhikshu returned to the abode of the Buddha of Freedom in the world, bowed before the Buddha, and then prostrated to the Buddha, "I have attained the solemn Pure Land, and at the same time I have practiced the purest path. ”
The Buddha of the Worldly Freedom King praised: "Very good, now is the time when the opportunity is ripe, you should preach in detail the benefits of your Buddha Kingdom Pure Land, so that sentient beings can have Dharma joy in their hearts, and also let sentient beings in the ten directions receive special Dharma benefits, and realize your great wish to purify all sentient beings." ”
The Buddha told Ananda, "By practicing the bodhisattva path, the Dharma Tibetan bhikshus have accumulated immeasurable merits and established the Pure Land of Buddhahood, which is a state of special bliss. This Buddha kingdom has all the characteristics of majesty, majesty and boundless purity. ”
Ananda asked, "If Fazang has attained the Great Enlightenment Buddhahood, is he a Buddha of the past, the future, or the present?" ”
The Buddha replied, "This Buddha's Dharmakaya is pervasive in everything, has no coming and going, is not limited by birth and death, and cannot be described in terms of worldly concepts. ”
In order to fulfill his vow to purify all sentient beings, Fazang fulfilled Amitabha Buddha and established the Pure Land 'Elysium' that he had promised. List of high-quality authors
