In today's society, government informatization has become the core and symbol of national informatization construction. As a key link between enterprises, citizens and the world's leading e-government field, the realization of information industry innovation, independent controllability, safety and reliability has become an urgent need for politics, technology and security.
As of January 6, 2022, the country issued the "14th Five-Year Plan for Promoting National Government Affairs Informatization", which clearly states that by 2025, the security of the national e-government network will reach a new level, and the safe and reliable application of government informatization will be basically realized to ensure that the construction and application of government informatization are safe and reliable in the whole process. In addition, since 2022, Guangdong, Jiangxi, Heilongjiang and other places have successively launched relevant policies to support the localization of e-government. This shows that the localization of e-government has become an urgent requirement for the construction of informatization.
However, despite the urgent need for national or industry standards in the field of e-government, there is currently no such standard. The market urgently needs to strengthen the construction of the standard and normative system of government informatization, formulate relevant standards to guide the system interconnection, business collaboration, information sharing, intensive construction and other work of e-government localization, and provide a basis for subsequent supervision and inspection, audit and post-evaluation.
Therefore, in response to the national strategic initiative of "independent and controllable" and promote the high-quality development of e-government information innovation, the Council for the Promotion of Science and Technology has launched a number of group standard project plans, including the following e-government information innovation related standards:
Information technology application innovation E-government management norms.
Innovation in the application of information technology E-government security norms.
The compilation of these standards includes the State Information Center, local big data bureaus and the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, and is now recruiting external members to participate in the formulation of standards.
All manufacturers, users, testing and certification bodies, operators, and service providers related to Xinchuang e-government, as well as enterprises and institutions, scientific research institutions, colleges and universities, practitioners and experts related to e-government, are welcome to join the standard compilation group, give full play to the advantages of each unit in different fields, and ensure the practical application of the standard.
