Vietnam Express reported that Foxconn, the largest foundry of Apple's ** chain, is located in the industrial zones of Dinh Tram and Quang Chau in Bac Giang Province, and is expected to recruit 150,000 workers, 120,000 people.
Foxconn's subsidiary, New Wing Interconnect Technology, located in the Van Trung industrial zone, will also hire 270,000. Fukang Technology, a newly established company in the Gwangju Industrial Park, is recruiting 1360,000 people.
Another fruit chain company, Luxshare Precision (Luxshare-ICT), has a factory in the Gwangju and Yunzhong Industrial Parks, and is planning to recruit 4730,000 workers. Luxshare will hire 200-300 employees per month in February and March, and increase to 7,000 to 9,000 after June or July, when more orders are expected.
According to the report, the age requirements for workers in these Apple factories are 18 to 40 years old, with a high school degree and good health. Foxconn is even willing to hire workers with only a primary school education.
