Today, Xpeng Motors announced its latest delivery results.

In January 2024, Xpeng delivered a total of 8,250 new vehicles, up 58% year-on-year. It is worth noting that in the past 2023, Xpeng delivered a total of 141,601 new vehicles, bringing the cumulative number of deliveries in history to 400,311 units.

Among the models on sale in Xpeng, the Xpeng X9 was delivered immediately after launch, and it attracted widespread attention in the pure electric MPV market in the first month of listing - before the X9 press conference, Xiaoding exceeded 30,000 units, and the conference has not yet ended, and Dading exceeded 5,000 units. For comparison, it took 5 days for the Xpeng G9 to break 5,000 from its launch.

At present, Xpeng X9 has started large-scale delivery in more than 100 cities across the country, with a total of 2,478 units delivered, of which nearly 70% have purchased the MAX version. Xpeng Motors said that it is currently stepping up its production capacity to increase the production capacity of Xpeng X9 and accelerate the delivery of orders in hand. Xpeng's leading level of intelligence has become a key factor for users to choose Xpeng.

Previously, at the X9 press conference, Xpeng announced that the urban XNGP intelligent assisted driving will cover 191 cities on the basis of the 52 cities that have been fully released, bringing the total number of cities covered to 243 cities.

Xpeng previously planned to open the city with 200 seats in 2024, but with the full push on January 2, Xpeng completed the goal of opening the city one year ahead of schedule. At present, Xpeng's XNGP urban high-end intelligent driving covers 90% of the cities where Xpeng Max version owners are located, and Xpeng urban intelligent driving is currently the first in the industry in terms of full number of open vehicles.

On January 30, Xpeng Motors held a press conference to kick off the New Year smart driving event, at which He Xiaopeng said that in 2024, Xpeng XNGP will achieve point-to-point coverage nationwide (including alleys, parking lots, and internal roads).

Intelligent driving is still a strong label and core technology moat of Xpeng Motors. Xpeng said that globally, Xpeng Motors will develop high-speed NGP overseas this year and start XNGP research and development in 2025.
