The construction site of the project is located in the northwest corner of the Jimen Campus of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, and its four ranges are: east to the current comprehensive sports playground of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, south to the current housing of the Capital Institute of Physical Education, west to the planned Northwest Radiation Expressway, and north to Luozhuang South Road.

Built in the 1950s, the 1950s dormitories have fallen into a state of severe dilapidation due to a chronic lack of maintenance. Falling walls and tiles have become the norm, seriously affecting the daily life and safety of residents.
