Nine cows ask for fun and harvest the ups and downs of life in a foreign country
Embarking on the road of studying in a foreign country, I am full of curiosity and anticipation. However, studying abroad life is not all smooth sailing, and the ups and downs have made me deeply understand the various states of life. The pressure and challenge of studying have become the first hurdle in the life of studying abroad. The language barrier, the cultural differences, and the high academic demands all made me feel stressed.
Whenever I can't keep up with the teacher's rhythm in class, or the exam results are not satisfactory, the sour taste comes to my heart. But it was these predicaments that inspired me to fight in the depths of my heart. In order to overcome the language barrier, I spent a lot of time studying, actively participating in extracurricular activities, and trying to integrate into the local culture. Gradually, I found a study method that suited me and made significant progress in my studies. This bittersweet taste made me deeply understand the meaning of giving. Independence and loneliness in life are another part of the life of studying abroad. Without the company of relatives and friends, every bit of life needs to be faced independently. From renting and shopping to taking care of daily chores, everything is on your own. Whenever I encounter difficulties and setbacks, the feeling of helplessness and loneliness will always linger in my heart. But it was in these moments that I learned to rely on my own strength to solve problems. Living independently in a foreign country, I gradually matured and learned to care for myself. At the same time, we have also met many like-minded friends, and we support each other and grow together. These sincere friendships made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign country. Cultural collision is an inevitable part of studying abroad. Different cultural backgrounds, perceptions and values often lead to conflict and confusion. When I first arrived in a foreign country, I had an argument with my roommate over a trivial matter. While respecting personal space is important in our minds, roommates see sharing as a sign of friendship. This conflict made me aware of the misunderstandings and contradictions that come with cultural differences. In order to better integrate into the local culture, I took the initiative to participate in various activities and make friends from different backgrounds. Through my interactions with them, I gradually understood the differences and commonalities between different cultures, and learned to respect and tolerate. This kind of cross-cultural exchange and collision has broadened my horizons and diversified ways of thinking. The ups and downs of studying abroad have become a precious treasure in my life. Here, I learned to face adversity independently and bravely; On the way to study in a foreign country, I gained sincere friendships and cross-cultural perspectives.
This experience has not only allowed me to grow a lot, but also laid a solid foundation for my future development. Looking back now, those sourness, sweetness, hardship and joy have turned into the most precious memories of my life. On the road ahead, I will carry this unique experience and perception to move forward bravely and meet a better tomorrow.
